Great place in a great location. Just a couple of blocks from the boardwalk. Ample off-street parking. Very spacious and clean. Nice balcony area to sit and enjoy an evening drink or your morning coffee. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

Perfect location with all the ambience you could ever ask for.

This newly renovated little hidden gem is right off of the main boardwalk downtown Christian Street and will offer you everything you need for a perfect state.

First Trip to St Croix

The Moko Jumbie house Indigo Suite was excellent for our stay. Great location, top notch remodel. We enjoyed easy daily walks to the Boardwalk and Downtown area. There was good space for parking the rental car. Marianne provided great communications and clear directions. Thanks.

Small but nice and clean and close to boardwalk. Was nice having washer/dryer. No table to sit at and eat. Must use own sign ins to access tv as is a Roku tv. If can’t get tv is probably due to tv not hooked up to internet which was our problem first night we were there. Was corrected next morning by host

Be Wary If

My family & I flew in to bury our uncle who passed away of cancer. I booked this place for my mother & I to stay but a cousin was looking for a place. I reached out to the property manager, who was able to accommodate my cousin with an air mattress after I paid an additional fee. I was very grateful for the accommodation in our time of need. Just after we put my Uncle to rest, we took a 4th cousin to her rented place to change her clothes to attend the repass. She rode back with us & when the 3 of us who were staying went to change she wanted to take pictures. This was on a Friday around 1pm, per the description, the grounds are open to the public weekdays 9am-3pm. We were approached by a lady who asked us, “What’s going on?”, in an accusatory tone. This person did not introduce herself or explain why she was asking this question. My mom asked who she was & they stated they were the owner. We were confused because we knew we made accommodations. She told us these are two person rooms, only two people are allowed on the property & it’s in the rules & she didn’t understand why we were standing there looking confused. She also told us we looked angry & snapped her hands at us. We explained we were not angry, just confused because we had spoken to someone already. As Black women from the island, this felt like a racist, passive aggressive encounter & it could have been handled better. We would’ve recommended others stay but I’d be wary of you’re Black or a local back to visit.

I won't entertain the exaggerated version of events, accusations of snapping, or claims about tone of voice, as they are unfounded. The guest requested an additional person to join their stay, and we accommodated this request. However, there were four people entering the one-bedroom efficiency, which violates our rules. These rules are in place to prevent noise disturbances for downstairs guests and to protect our recently restored 250-year-old hardwood floors. Any guest found breaking these rules will be questioned. We treat all guests equally, and in our eight years of managing short-term rentals, we've never encountered accusations of race-based discrimination until now. It's important to note that rule-breaking has occurred previously, and in each instance, the guest was questioned. We cannot allow parties that disrupt the peace of other guests on the property, and we take actions to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone. We welcome bookings for two guests in this unit. If you are unable to adhere to the rules, we kindly ask that you refrain from booking with us.
