Quiet Getaway

Great fishing, nice pool, 8 min walk to beach. Traffic on and off island can make travel times be extended quite often. Lots of local food choices a short drive away. No real chain choices if you have a picky eater. Very easy going atmosphere.

A great week by the beach

We really enjoyed our stay in the Ft Myers beach area and we were super comfortable in the apartment. It is a big place and has everything that you need to feel at home. Nancy was very helpful with answers to questions. The beach is a short walk away and activities are close and numerous. We loved it! Thanks for a great week!

Wonderful Christmas/NYE stay

We had a great time and thank you very much to Nancy for all the help. Property was perfect for our family of 4. We stayed 2 weeks and just had a great time. The kids saw dolphins and manatees in the canal while they fished and my wife and I could sit on the lanai and watch them as well as the boats go by. All the residents at Casa Marina were so friendly! Really great location between FMB and Bonita....just a perfect way to end the year!

Great vacation

It was a pleasure to stay in this condo. Everything is as advertised. The views are amazing, I loved the breeze on the lanai. We had "visitors" in the canal below: manatees and dolphins with their babies. Could watch them playing. The quiet location was that we really appreciated. Nancy was super helpful. Thank you soooo much for a great vacation... We would certainly recommend this condo to anyone.

Loved our stay!

Nancy has a lovely place in which we just enjoyed our time there. She was very easy to communicate with and get a hold of when we needed to ask a question. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. The condo overlooks a channel in which we saw a manatee the first two days. The walk to the beach was a nice one. The beach isn't over crowded and is more natural that the other part but we did't care. We found numerous shells and even some sand dollars. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend to our family and friends. Thank you for everything.

Wonderful ! Wonderful !

We love Fort Myers Beach, and we love this condo !! The unit is very clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of dishes, towels, bedding, etc. We appreciated all the folding chairs and noodles that were available in the unit for the beach and the pool. Being an end unit provided additional views and breezes on the lanai. We loved the included under-building parking spot for our vehicle. The screened in lanai is wonderful ... as other reviewers have mentioned being able to see dolphins and manatees in the canal below as well as lovely views of Estero Bay ... and in the distance, the Gulf of Mexico. Close to marina for boat rental, short walk to the beach for sunsets; lovely pool area. Nancy was wonderful to work with; she was very responsive to communications through email, etc. We hope to stay again in the future !

Ft. Myer Beach good location

Property was clean and spacious with space for 6, though we had three. Nice entertainment center. Bathrooms were a little dated, though were clean and fine, though the price we paid probably reflected this. They had the old Waterpik shower heads rather than the newer larger shower heads, though they worked fine. Some older shower tiles, too. Condo located on the 4th floor overlooking a causeway with a couple of condos obstructing the view. Elevator access was fine. The balcony was also a Lanai, though not too many bugs at this time of the year. The owner was super nice and good to work with. She offered to extend our stay for a day when we arrived late due to bad weather. Property was located about 10 minute walking to the ocean, a nice feature. The condo came equipped with all kinds of beach toys, including umbrellas and chairs, good for families. The only perhaps minor annoyance was the lack of a room-darkening curtain in the Master bedroom - it had only a sheer curtain and was located on the east side. All the other rooms had these curtains or Venetian Blinds, except for the Master Bedroom, which seemed strange to me. For early risers, it may not be an issue, though the condo next door had a couple of bright lights that pierced the sheer curtains. All in all, it is a nice condo and we would stay there again.

Nice place to stay

Place was clean and had all you needed to go to the beach or pool. Great view of channel leading to gulf. Very spacious. Property owner was very responsive and nice. Will definitely try to come back. Highly recommend

Very nice condo

Easy to rent. Owner very accommodating. Condo was very roomy. We walked or took the trolley for everything we wanted to do. Pool was wonderful.

PENHOUSE IN PARADISE

This was a great place to stay with everything you need to enjoy the beach or pool. Plenty of places to eat and shop close by. On our first day we were greeted by manatee in the canal. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Nancy.

Excellent!!!!

Close enough but off the beaten path. Peace and quiet with a short walk or drive to the excitement. Questions were answered quickly by owner. Great accommodations.

Wonderful location!

We had a great stay. It was very comfortable for my husband, 3 year old, and myself. We weren’t there an hour before we saw 3 manatees in the canal, and we saw dolphins both in the canal and the bay (lots of birds, bunnies, and lizards too)! The beach was about a 10-15 min walk. There was plenty of pool and beach supplies in the fun closet and the “magic treasure box” (what my son called the outdoor storage); the beach cart was really nice to have. Thanks for having us!

Great Ft Myers Beach Condo

Very clean, spacious and comfortable unit overlooking three different water views. Loved the huge balcony, great place to watch the thunderstorms while dining and enjoying cocktails.

Excellent time!

Excellent setup for a quiet Florida vacation Two teenagers loved the location, pool, and short walk to the beach. My wife and I liked the fact that the area was quiet and tranquil. There are several food options close to the condo that had good takeout. The condo was exactly as described, and met all of our needs. The view from the lanai was amazing. We saw dolphins and manatees every day right from the porch! The parking area is covered. This kept the car cool! Communication was great, Nancy was prompt and answered all of my questions quickly. We can’t wait to go back!

great

everything was great. the grounds were well keep. the pool was in great condition. the condo it self was in good shape the only problem was the tv in the living room. the owners had the tv in the bedroom moved to the living room, which worked out great. the sofa and love seat is not in good condition being an old guy I did have trouble getting out of the sofa. other then that the 2 weeks we stayed were great!!!! bob dzurisin

Christmas in Fort Myers Beach

We decided to spend Christmas in Fort Myers Beach and could not have had a better experience. The owner Nancy is awesome; we loved the condo location on the south side of estero island (much less traffic). The condo worked great for our family of 5. Our kids played hide and seek from the shore with two Dolphins in the channel behind the condo (where the boat docks are), no kidding; the same Dolphins came back the next day. The condo had everything you need to prepare meals and plenty of beach toys, towels, chairs, umbrellas and a beach cart! It was less than 10 minutes to walk to the beach (amazing sea shells). The lanai was huge, we enjoyed most of our meals there. We got to see Manatee in the channel behind the public tennis / volleyball courts down the street. Cannot wait to go back, thanks Nancy!

Perfect paradise!!!

We had a perfect first time trip using HomeAway! Nancy was a delight to work with and answered all of our questions quickly. The property itself was perfect for us! We loved having the extra room to stretch out! Way better than staying in a hotel!!! There were lots of things to keep us busy and all were in short driving distances. We loved seeing the manatees in the canal behind the complex, every morning. The pool was nearby and was nice and big, so you didn't feel cramped in it with other people. It was truly one of those perfect vacations!

Everything nice.

We stayed here for a week with another couple. The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. We used the pool and it was clean and all the people we met there were friendly. It was a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Short drive to Bonita Springs and more shopping and restaurants. We rode the trolley to Times Square. The ower, Nancy, was quick to answer our phone calls and answer questions.......very nice to work with. We hope to return and stay in this condo again next year!

Great views and absolutely luxurios appartment

Our stay was perfect in all respects, first the owner Nancy was very responsive and helpful, notified us by text message that the appartment was ready earlier than planned, so we could move in right away. We found everything neat and clean and in best order. Everything in the house and the appartment is of extremely high grade and quality, well equipped with everything you need. And the view from the balconies is magnificent. The location is perfect, absolutely quiet, while a good choice of restaurants and shops, as well as the beach, is only a 10 min. walk away. We can definitely recommend this place for a great vacation in Ft. Myers beach area, and would surely return if we came back to SW Florida.

Happy Canadians

Thanks for sharing your condo, we had a great holiday. Upon arrival everything was neat and clean. The views from the unit were super. Have been to Fort Myers before and definitely would choose your condo again. Great location for everything such as beach,stores and restaurants. The weekly newspaper kept you informed on what was happening on the beach. The pool location was very close and all of the people we met were very friendly. Would recommend this condo unit to all of my friends.

Perfect

Thanks for sharing your condo, we had a wonderful Christmas holiday. Upon arrival everything was neat and clean. The beach is a short distance from the unit and has a private access. Beach chairs, towels and toys are all provided. The views from the unit are great. The canal is within the complex and provides a great location for a walk, or sit and watch the boats. The unit is well stocked with kitchen items and storage for groceries is plentiful. We walked to the plaza for ice cream many nights. You can catch the trolley to get around the island for a minimal fee.
