Excellent location, well stocked kitchen, room for all of us, 3 toddlers, 6 adults, and 2 grandparents.Wonderful having all the beds made on arrival, towels in the bathrooms.The kitchen was very well appointed and we ate in every night (3 toddlers!)

Clean, spacious and well equipped house with lovely views of the beach. The large covered deck and balconies with comfortable seating made it easy to enjoy the view. Owners and local agent were pleasant to work with and responded quickly to questions and requests. Five bedrooms have attached bathrooms and the sixth is a small room between the two king bedrooms with a day bed suitable for a child. We appreciated the umbrellas, beach chairs and toys provided with the house.

July 2025 Family Stay

This home was perfect for a family stay in every way. Its location and beach access can’t be beat. It’s wraparound porch, comfortable common spaces, well appointed kitchen and beautiful bedrooms made for a luxurious vacation. Booking was easy and communication leading up to and during our stay was very reliable. A 5 star stay for sure.

It is a beautiful ocean front home with great amenities. The front deck is a wonderful spot with comfy furniture. You can spend all day there, weather allowing. Nicely equipped kitchen and very clean throughout.

Perfect house in Bethany Beach

This 5 bedroom oceanfront house is the perfect place to gather family. Spacious, well maintained and with lots of unique ocean viewpoints. The hosts are fantastic, always available as needed snd gracious. We'll definitely be coming back!

Beautiful beachfront views and access

A beautiful property in an ideal location with beachfront views. Located in an exclusive community where quiet peacefulness is the theme. We greatly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were responsive to any questions, though most questions were answered in their email prior to arrival.

Great Location and Service

Amazing house, neighborhood and location. The owners were attentive, the house was clean with an open floor plan. Stayed for a golf trip with friends and was convenient to both Rehoboth and Ocean City. Would 100% stay again!

Shell yeah! We had a great time.

Wonderful location; beautiful views and lots of space for our multi generational family vacation. Kitchen was perfect. Upstairs bedrooms could get a bit warm, but an extra rotating fan did the trick. We are coming back next year.

Beautiful home in perfect location

My entire family absolutely had a blast. Can’t beat the ocean view and beach access. It was the perfect home for my family. Management company and owner were very helpful in any questions we had.

Wonderful Vacation Stay

We had an exceptional stay with family and friends in this beautiful house right on the beach. The house was very clean, very well equipped, located close to shopping and restaurants, and couldn't be beat for it's access to the beach and views of the ocean. Everyone had a relaxing, and wonderful time. We look forward to staying again next year.
