One year anniversary! Quiet Cottage Close to Everything on the Island
It's been a year and it's been a blast! Cozy get away for small family or couples. You can walk or ride a bike to a lot the Island has to offer. Launch your boat, kayak or canoe from the newly renovated launch within walking distance. Stores, Putt-putt, restaurants, seafood, fishing are all within walking distance as well. Or ride the bikes provided. Access to three public beaches. This house is not on the actual water. A lot of people ask. It is on a quiet street for peace of mind. The perfect place to stay and be close to the beaches and not have to pay the high prices. Full size appliances for the person who likes to cook. Gas Grill provided as well. Parking for up to six vehicles. 9'-6" clearance under house for taller boats. Fire pit in the rear.

I hand a hands on part during the build of the house and enjoyed it. I want to share it with you, your family and friends. I enjoy fishing, traveling and camping with my family.

Samller but still has all the amenities. Not on the water but close. More cost effective for you!
