Beautiful home in quiet, convenient location!

My family of 4 spent our Spring Break here for the week, using the house's central location to explore the Tampa area beaches and attractions. The house was bigger than the pictures show, plenty of room for us to unwind. The backyard and pool are very inviting, private and comfortable. The hosts were excellent with their communications, very responsive and polite throughout. Would definitely recommend this property!

Casa del Sol offers all new appliances and furnishings. Our home features 4 bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 guests plus 2 small children. A total of 4 bedrooms and 2 baths makes this home the perfect space for a couple’s retreat! Or a family. The living room and each main bedroom are equipped with a smart TV. There is extra sleeping sofa in the master bedroom in the event small children want to stay too.
This stunningly designed and newly renovated home is adorned with imported Peruvian Cherry wood floors, extremely high-end finishes, professionally furnished and decorated. Come evening, unwind with a home-cooked meal and admire the amazing pool deck.
Close-by outdoors, restaurants and shopping areas like Hyde Park, only a few minutes away from the beautiful Gandy Bridge pedestrian walk to see gorgeous sunsets. You won’t have to go far from your vacation rental for short trips to many of Florida’s Gulf Beach adventures, ranked some of the most beautiful beaches in the US. For fun in the city, drive into downtown Tampa.

Casa del Sol is near all the major attractions and the best restaurants and nightlife. A 15-minute drive to Ybor City, Tampa’s Latin Quarter for over a century. South Tampa is an exotic blend of beautiful homes and trees, aromas, sights, and bird sounds. Also, very close to The Tampa Bay Bucs Stadium and Amelie Arena. In just a few minutes you are at International Plaza, the airport, and the legendary Bayshore Boulevard where you can go for lovely walks or ride your bike, skate, etc. and often see dolphins and manatees.
There is not a more beautifully decorated and comfortable vacation rental in Tampa that even comes close to this home! Live your best life here, for a weekend a week or a month!
