Great Labor Day stay by the lake! House has plenty of room for all my family and one of the prettiest views on the lake. We really enjoyed sitting on the large wrap around deck in the mornings and at night looking at the stars. And the lake is not crowded like you find in many other locations. Highly recommend!

Property was as described - the view of the mountains and lake was more than amazing and the layout of the cabin was perfect! Kitchen had nice pots, pans, utensils and dishes to prepare meals. It was SUPER clean with very nice bathrooms and an upgraded kitchen. There were games and little what-nots if you forgot your soap or shampoo, which I did so, that was a wonderful. The bird feeders added a nice touch- we loved bird watching ! The owner was easily accessible for any of my questions-I would definitely recommend this place for a nice getaway ! We loved it!

Great mountain location.

Family reunion brought us to this location. Carlos was a great host and has a great property. Location is perfect with the best view on the mountain!

This was, by far, my favorite rental to date! The view is absolutely breathtaking, pictures don’t do it justice. The house had every little thing you could need to truly feel like you were home. The owners were very nice and quick to answer any questions.
The view was spectacular from any level.

Second time here!

This was our second time saying here and it was just as great the second time !!! The views were awesome and the kids loved the deck and play ground and games! We would stay here again for sure!!!

Amazing Fall Getaway

You just can't beat the view of this place! It's one of the most amazing I've ever seen. My wife and friends had an amazing time here. This may become a seasonal trip for us!

Amazing!! Will save to rent again.

This place is amazing! The views are out of this world and the house is so spacious. We had no problems and when I asked any question it was answered right away. I was very impressed with this house and the price was extremely affordable.

This property is just as describer, fit 8 adults comfortably and such beautiful views. Owner communication is terrific! Would definitely stay here again if we are ever that way!

We came for the views!

We came here for the views and to spend Thanksgiving together! This place is beautiful!!! Everybody had enough room to spread out and come together to play games and to put puzzles together! We don’t usually rent the same place again but we would definitely stay here again!!

If you’re looking for a house in Bear Paw with a flat, easy driveway and no stairs to get inside, this is the one! We stayed for a week and couldn’t have been happier. The house was spotless, with beautifully updated bathrooms and kitchen. The fridge was the perfect size for all our groceries for the week, and we had plenty of space to spread out across all three floors—it never felt cramped, even with the whole family.My personal favorite part was enjoying coffee on the porch each morning, watching the birds and taking in the peaceful view of the lake. We’ll absolutely be back!

Great Home and Beautiful Views

Our family really enjoyed the home, Lake Hiwassee, and the Bear Paw pool! The home was very clean and well furnished, with breath-taking views from the deck. We rented a pontoon boat at the local Marina and our children had a great time fishing and floating on the tube behind the boat. We found trails to hike and even found a beautiful waterfall only about a 30-minute drive from Bear Paw. We also had a very nice meal at Rib Country in Murphy. We plan to stay here again!

Another Excellent Stay

This is our 4th stay in this home. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves again. The house is always clean upon arrival. The kitchen is well stocked with essential kitchenware. The kids always enjoy the ping pong table and the community swimming pool. The view of the mountains and lake are always breathtaking from inside the house as well as, from either of the two porches. Thanks again for making our vacation spot so pleasurable!

Gorgeous View

You all have a great setup, and I am impressed with the small things you've done to make your guests stay a bit more convenient, the small step stool for the kids, nightlights, directions just where needed on how to lock/unlock doors, etc. It was wonderful! The view is breathtaking. The pictures don't even begin to capture the beauty of the view. The house was incredibly clean upon arrival. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and hope to visit again.
