Forties with the Family

This property was the perfect setting for a family gathering to celebrate our loved one turning 40 in the heat of the summer! The pool and shaded backyard provided the perfect place to swim, play cornhole, and relax with family!!!! Would absolutely recommend to and family or friend group looking to relax and enjoy a weekend getaway in the hills.

Great Spot for Groups

This home was spacious inside and out. Four couples got together and we brought along our 8 children and this place was perfect. There was plenty of space for all inside the home, plus the backyard/porch and pool were available for anyone who wanted to hang out outside. Our group could not have been more pleased with the experience we had at this property.

This was the perfect spot for our trip. The house was huge and had everything to make it feel like home. The front porch was my favorite spot to hang out. It was raining but it was still a perfect getaway. The kids loved the pool. Easy communication, easy access to house, overall great VRBO.

We were in the area for my son’s wedding, looked for a place to be comfortable with my elderly father in law and mother in law, my kids and some cousins. We absolutely loved the place, everything was clean and tidy. Well kept home! Enjoyed coffee on the porch and visiting by the pool. The pool was so refreshing for the kids. Ac was cold, the kitchen had everything we needed. We didn’t have a single problem our entire stay. Would definitely stay again if we ever needed to be in the area again.

Talequah stay

House needed to be cleaner. Bath tub had hair in it, the fridge had mold all in the ice water insert, ants in the kitchen and other bugs. House was beautiful the property and views were beautiful. Saw deer everyday. Pool needed to be cleaned. Camera on front porch understandable but camera watching the pool was kind of odd.

So sorry about those issues.. We had a big storm come in just before you arrived & thats why pool wasn’t perfect.. I’m out here cleaning & just found your weed ,on the front porch.. along with cigarette stubs. My add clearly says no smoking .

The home was beautiful, but it was dusty and had a musty odor. Linen closets and cabinets were disorganized and kitchen didn't have large skillets. Linens and towels were old and mismatched. The total price for our stay was 2500, so I expected a higher quality stay. We had to purchase toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags.

I'm sorry you were not pleased, but many of the towels are new white, hotel quality & you ruined several of them. There are many skillets & I actually had just bought new ones in addition to the existing ones. The house was spotless, imo. We had deep cleaned it before you got there. You left huge (wine?) spills on the carpet that was hard to get up.. You failed to bag beer bottles & left a mess of those.. Pictures available if needed. l left a lot of tp & several tbags ,but ad says you need to bring your own paper goods. Thanks ,Trent

There was plenty of room for my extended family to stay together. Lots of space outside to play and roam, even though we didn't because it was so hot. The pool was the highlight of the weekend. The property was very conveniently located as well. Would highly recommend.
