My husband, myself and our 9# puppy enjoyed our 11 day stay at in the condo in Branson. The condo was clean, with comfortable beds that have adjustable heads. The furniture in the condo was very nice and comfortable. Everything you needed was there including a fully stocked kitchen. Christine was ideal to work with. Every question was answered in a timely manner. She does everything to make your stay an enjoyable one. We will be back again.

2 bedroom was not clean hen we arrived. Dirty towels on floor. Beds stripped. Not made up. No way of getting it done. We arrived at 10pm. The rental company was extremely nice and moved us right away to a beautiful unit. They were extremely helpful

I am very sorry to receive this negative review after we moved you immediately to a much nicer and larger unit. I apologize, it was an honest mistake and not at all the norm for our business. We truly thought we made up for it by correcting it immediately.

My family and I really enjoyed our recent stay...checking in and out was so easy. The location is central to so many attractions, but in a quiet area. The Condo is in a gated complex so very secure. The Host was SO great with communication and I have to say this Condo was the cleanest of any rental we have ever stayed!!

Overall my husband and I had a wonderful stay however we had a few experiences that were a bit disappointing. The AC unit was froze up upon arrival which let to a warm and uncomfortable night. I reported this first thing in the morning and a repairman was quickly sent out which was greatly appreciated, but we did lose a 1/2 day. The unit was overall very clean, conveniently stocked, and well maintained but could use a new coat of paint. We had issues with locking the sliding door so we just avoided using it. My husband had issues with opening the recliner. Sometimes it opened fine and others he could not open it. I'm not sure what the issue was with that. The master bed was comfortable but a little too soft for me and I sunk down in the middle. The decorative pillows were very beautiful, but were a little too much and impractable. There was just so many, I did not have a place to pile them all up to use the furniture. We had a very nice stay and appreciated the ammetities and convienent location to Branson.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us! We are so glad to hear that you had a wonderful stay overall and appreciated the convenient Branson location and our amenities. We also truly appreciate you bringing these specific details to our attention. We apologize for the initial discomfort with the AC unit upon arrival, though we are glad our team was able to have a repairman out promptly the next morning to get it resolved. We have also shared your notes regarding the sliding door lock, the recliner, the mattress support, and the sunroom/decorative pillows with our maintenance and housekeeping teams so we can address these items and improve the experience for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back for an even smoother visit next time!
