Welcome to The Village of Loon Mountain! This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit is spread out over 3 levels with plenty of room for 1 or 2 families. Directly across the street from Loon (with slope views from your private balcony) you'll be in an unbeatable location to enjoy your trip to the White Mountains. You'll have access to on-site indoor/outdoor pools, jacuzzi, tennis courts and exercise facilities. Come enjoy some fresh mountain air!
The condo is spacious and spread out over 3 levels. The main level features a large mud room, an open concept living and dining room with full kitchen. The upper level offers a master with a full bath, and a loft with a second living area. The lower level has a bunk room, a queen room, a full bath and laundry room. There is a private balcony off of the main level with slope views
you’ll have access to the entire condo and Village of Loon Mountain swim and tennis club
I will be available throughout your entire stay
you’ll be directly across the street from Loon Mountain
there are exterior stairs to get up to the unit. This unit is not pet friendly, but owners dog does come along with them, so this should be a consideration for anyone with allergies
PARKING there are two parking spaces. There is an overflow lot available in the association, but it is first come first serve

Please be sure to read this rental agreement in full. By clicking “Book Now” you are acknowledging and agreeing to terms and conditions of the “vacation property.”
RENTAL TERMS/COSTS: Total guests not to exceed 10 people. Rental period begins at 4pm on date of check-in and ends at 10 am on date of check-out.
PARTIES/NOISE: Absolutely NO PARTIES. The vacation rental is not suitable for people looking for a party house. This is a family neighborhood and guests should keep noise at a respectable level. Guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately if any complaints are made in reference to a party in the home.
SMOKING: Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed inside the condo.
CHECK OUT PROCEDURE: Check-out is at 10 am. Guests are expected to follow the check-out procedure. Additional fees may be charged if the check-out time or procedure is not followed by guests.
SEPTIC: Our home is on a septic system. Please do not flush sanitary items or wipes down the toilet. Do not put coffee grinds or kitchen grease down the sink drain.
WEATHER: No refunds are given due to inclement weather or loss of power caused by storms.
INDEMNIFICATION & HOLD HARMLESS; ASSUMPTION OF RISK. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless your Host, North Woods Vacation Rentals LLC, and the homeowner, for any liabilities, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim in connection with your use and/or occupancy of the Vacation Rental, including, but not limited to, any claim or liability for personal injury, damage, fines, penalties, loss of personal belongings, or theft of property, which is made, incurred, or sustained by you and/or anyone using the Vacation Rental during your stay. You and anyone using the Vacation Rental during your stay accepts and assumes all risks involved in or related to the use of third-party transportation vendors, the pool/hot tub, activities participated in while on the premises, or amenities provided at the property, as applicable.
GENERAL TERMS. If any section, clause, paragraph, or term of the Rental Agreement is held or determined to be void, invalid, or unenforceable for any reason, all other terms, clauses, or paragraphs herein shall be severed and remain in force and effect. This Agreement shall be binding on and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and on each of their heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assignees.
We want our guests to enjoy our home to the fullest, and for the safety of guests, our home and neighbors, you are expected to follow our house rules and check-out procedure. If it is discovered that any house rules are not followed, guests may be asked to vacate the property and will forfeit all monies paid (including any unused nightly rental fees and deposits).
This Agreement is between the owner of the Vacation Rental (your “Host”), and the individual completing this booking transaction for the Vacation Rental (“you” or “Guest”). You agree that you will be responsible for the actions and behavior of each individual present at the Vacation Rental during your stay. This includes ensuring each individual in your party or otherwise present at the Vacation Rental is aware of and in compliance with the terms identified in this Agreement.
The Guests agree to the terms of this Short Term Rental Agreement, as evidenced by payment and the acceptance of the booking agreement through the direct booking, VRBO or Airbnb platform. Hide

Off season stay
Stayed one night early May. Property was clean, comfortable and easy to get in for a late arrival. Stairs into property and then to access bedrooms but fun layout for large group. Needed to turn on the heat in the bedrooms but they heated right up for us! Didn't utilize any amentities in our short stay but we will come back in the winter to ski and try them then!
