Welcome to the Carolina Pearl in Surfside Beach, SC, an Oceanfront Oasis. The Carolina Pearl is a 4 BR 4BA home which offers a private pool with private beach access and can accommodate up to 12 guests.

The space
Our 4 bedroom home is directly on the ocean & provides families with a peaceful and private beach retreat with its stunning ocean views and soothing coastal colors and interior design. The Carolina Pearl has multiple seating areas throughout the home, which allows members of your group to spend time together & also have the option to relax on their own.

This elevated two-story home offers a large, PRIVATE pool, which can be heated for an additional fee* (inquire for rates). With ample lounging areas around the pool, you can relax to the sound of those ocean waves while your children play & you soak up that gorgeous South Carolina sun. If it's the beach you're craving, it's just steps away. Your PRIVATE beach access walkway takes you right onto the beach where tons of memories are just waiting to be made.

With amazing views from almost everywhere in the home, you are sure to feel that sweet coastal vibe. Whether you are lounging on the sundeck, laying in your bed, or eating a meal with your loved ones, the sights and sounds of the ocean waves will be right there. We offer a fully-stocked kitchen so you can cook all your meals if you so choose. We also provide all necessary linens and basic toiletries so you don't need to take up extra space in your luggage.

You're toughest decision of the day will be whether to frolic on the beach with the kids, watch the waves come ashore from the sun deck, read a good book near the ocean, or lounge all day by the pool. This is the type of beach house that you will want your kids and family to experience and make memories in together every year.

**please note there is an additional fee to heat the pool, and this option is available March through October ONLY (We can not heat it November through February). You must contact the host in advance to enable this feature.

Guest access
You have private access to all areas of the home with the exception of the locked owners closets.
Other things to note
There is an ADDITIONAL CHARGE for heating the pool. You must contact the host in advance to enable this feature. The pool can be heated March through October only (no heating option November through February due to outside temperatures).

Please also note that there are no elevators. The living area begins on the second story. You must climb stairs to enter the home.

**MINIMUM STAY DURING SUMMER IS 7 DAYS SATURDAY TO SATURDAY**

The minimum age to book this property is 25, and the person booking must be one of the guests staying for the duration of the reservation.....
