We had such a wonderful stay! The house was warm, comfortable, and in an amazing location — being able to walk to the beach and harbor made the trip feel especially easy and relaxing. It was also a great setup for our family with a toddler and our dog, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the baby gates and all the helpful local recommendations.The hosts were kind, responsive, and welcoming throughout our stay. We felt very well taken care of and would happily stay here again for another Santa Cruz getaway.

Excellent location. Walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee shop, market, etc. 3 floors each with a bedroom and bathroom. Quiet at night and can hear the waves. We'll stocked. We come each year.

This is our 3rd stay at this property. The location is perfect! Great view of the ocean. Walk to Twin Lakes beach or sit on the deck to get some sun. Nice walk to the harbor where you can find El Palomar Mexican food, Java Junction, Crow’s Nest and the Beach Market which is in the parking lot of the Crow’s Nest. Marie is a great hostess. Already looking forward to next year.

This is an absolutely delightful home. Marie is a great host and very communicative and responsive to messages. Perfect location. Loved being able to walk the dogs on the beach early in the morning. Comfortable beds, clean, just as described with plenty of space for our family to sprawl out and a stocked kitchen. The dogs loved being able to lounge on the enclosed front deck and watch all the people coming and going. It was the perfect home base for our adventures in town and we had a lovely stay. We hope to be back soon!

Fabulous stay near the harbor in Santa Cruz!! We had a wonderful stay at this charming beach house! My husband and I took our dog for the weekend. While it was just the two of us this time, the layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms make it an excellent space for a family or couples traveling together. The location cannot not be beat! We could walk to Twin Lakes beach, the Crow's Nest, and the harbor in about 5 minutes. The house was clean, cozy, and comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed with everything needed for a great stay! The owner Marie was very responsive and answered any questions we had. The check-in and check-out were super easy. We highly recommend this house for a great stay at the beach in Santa Cruz! Thank you so much Marie and Rick!

This is a family home and our host was amazing!! So happy they shared their he and space with our family. You could see the beach from the front porch and we left our windows open at night to hear the waves crashing!!!

What a wonderful place to stay while visiting Santa Cruz. House has everything you need…fully stocked kitchen, BBQ, boogie boards and chairs for the beach…and just a block from the water. We spent plenty of time on the front deck enjoying the view. Hosts were welcoming and easy to contact if needed. We’ll be back soon!

Our family of 5 came to Santa Cruz came here for a fun coastal vacay visiting friends. This property was everything we could want. Walking distance from a beautiful beach , plenty of space , pet friendly and a good price. We will definitely reserve here again and would recommend it !!!!

Hosts were very receptive to communications, they were very helpful with questions etc. Lovely remodeled home with a wonderful kitchen. We could hear the waves from the master bedroom, such a wonderful week for our family.
