Highly recommend this house if you have a big family. We took a family of 14 and the house offered more than enough place so we could be together, yet still have separate areas. The close beach access, lots of parking, more than enough bathrooms and a big kitchen gathering area was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable and the house was clean. Pool is nice for little ones but not very big. Two refrigerators were a bonus. I would highly recommend working with Warren rentals. I never had any trouble keeping in contact them. They were quick to reply and very responsive.

This is an awesome property. Made for a large family. The elevator did not work after it was used initially which would have made it had with a handicapped renter. The proximity to the beach was incredible, and having WIFI even on the beach was very useful. We tried to keep the sand in the house to a minimum however, it was extremely difficult being that close to the beach. With those engineered floors, leaving a vacuum there that will help with the sand would be awesome and help the owner with their investment, my hope is that the people that use this property in the future will enjoy it as much as we did.

Great location, great house

The property is as advertised. Great having 4 king bed suites that are gulf-front so that none of the adults felt short-changed with their room. The kids were really happy with the bunk room and lower level game room. Ample parking for vehicles is a plus too. We appreciated the option to heat the pool and used it heavily and daily. Kitchen was well furnished and there is plenty of gathering space.

Excellent property

This property has it all, on the beach, swimming pool, great space, everything you need to accommodate larger parties. Close to great restaurants as well as other amenities offered in the area. The property management team is very friendly and responsive making sure that your stay is as great as possible. Highly recommend!

We had a great 6 night stay. The property is spacious and the distance to the beach was perfect. The biggest perk was having 2 refrigerators! Communication with Warren Rentals was top notch. We will definitely be back.

Family beach time

Lovely property that was indeed very large and accommodated our family of 13 very well. Amazing views. Awesome beach. We had a great time with our group that ranged from toddlers to great grandparents.

Absolute Perfection!

Everything we needed! Plenty of room and for multiple adults and plenty to keep the kids busy as well! Love the easy access to the beach and the spacious floor plan!!

Beautiful home for our family of 16, ages 4-80!

Very well stocked with everything we needed for great family meals and games. Beds are wonderful and pool was a plus for the little ones. A few issues with elevator, but called for maintenance and they were very prompt to check things out. We will go again for sure!

Perfect house for a multi generation family reunion! Plenty of room for everyone in this lovely large house.The location on the beach and pool were enjoyed by everyone. Bedrooms on the top 2 floors were great as was the open kitchen and Lr/Dr area. Communication with Rich the property manager was great. Overall a wonderful stay at Looney Dunes

So nice to stay right on beach— easy access to waterfront. Would have liked stair railings on boardwalk leading from house to sand — not ADA compliant? Elevator in house a real plus!!! Directions on how use would have been helpful. Overall a very accommodating house for 13 of us. Would stay again— however very pricy!!

Perfect for family with 23 people!

This fit my extended family so well and we loved being right on the beach. From plenty of things for the kids to do while also accommodating my 90 year old grandad this house was perfect. The bunk room was great for the older kids, we thought there was an extra twin in one of the rooms and were a little disappointed to find out there wasn't but the room with the queen and full did the trick. Property management was always quick to respond and make sure the problem was resolved. Overall a great stay!
