This is by far the best rental we have stayed in. This is our third visit and cannot recommend the property enough! The house is fully stocked with everything you need from cooking utensils, seasonings and all serveware. The pool, hot tub & outdoor grill are great! We love Rum Point. Having bikes & water activities are a huge plus. Plenty of beach chairs, coolers and snorkel gear for beach outings. Beautiful sunrise! Barbara and Lee are very responsive and great hosts. Everything is always very clean. 10/10!

Location is perfect for Kaibo Beach (walking distance), Starfish Beach and the glorious much visited Rum Point. If you want a low key vibe this is the area to have fun without crowds and traffic. The house has everything that you wouldn't even think of. Love love the house!

If you have the opportunity to stay in this amazing home, DO! We have been blessed to stay in many VRBO Caribbean homes. This is a one of a kind. Extremely private, clean and very beautiful. Both the owners and property manager went above and beyond for our needs. Close to many places we wanted to visit. Will have a fabulous time if you choose this one.

Amazing home near Rum Point

This house made for the perfect family vacation. It was close to Star Fish point and some good snorkeling spots. The kids loved swimming at the house and playing on the beach. The beds were comfortable and the home had everything you needed. It was so relaxing and wonderful.

We stayed march 9-15, 2025, The house is PERFECT! This is our 2nd stay there and we will definatly be back! The house has everything you need for a great stay. We have been all over the island, but thia side is so special, and way less people!!!

Amazing vacation

The property was amazing. Very clean and private location. Our family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We had everything we needed. We highly recommend Carolina Kai and look forward to our next stay.

We stayed for five days and had a great time—very nice accommodations. There are plenty of "toys" for playing in the water. We have been going to the Caymans for many years and stayed around Seven Mile Beach. The Rum Point area is much less crowded and more laid—back; however, there's plenty to do and good restaurants in the area. I would highly recommend the Carolina Kai.

Great stay!

The house is just as listed. It was perfect for the 7 of us. Pool and beach cant be beat! It is a good drive from 7 mile area but that was what we wanted and it was nice and quiet. We hope to come back soon! Owners were great to work with also.

Many times you see photos that look great and then you find that they were very creatively staged. Not the case with Carolina Kai, it was better than the photos.We stayed in September and did find that a number of restaurants close for the month, however, we also had no lines or other people around. It was very peaceful and quiet. Perfect stay and just what we needed.

Absolute perfection!

What an amazing stay at Carolina Kai! This home has everything you need from every amenity/appliance to the most comfortable beds. Our family felt truly at home during our stay. The pictures of this home are beautiful, but it’s even better in person. I would not hesitate to book another stay.
