Questa unità con una camera da letto / due bagni include anche una tana con una sedia di grandi dimensioni che si trasforma in un letto singolo e un divano che si estrae in un divano letto matrimoniale. La cucina completamente attrezzata ti consente di cucinare tutto ciò che desideri o semplicemente fare il minimo per goderti la tua vacanza. Con una persona di guardia che vive nel resort non è necessario preoccuparsi se dovesse sorgere un problema, tuttavia, questa unità è in ottime condizioni ed estremamente attraente. Siamo orgogliosi di avere un'unità pulita e immacolata in modo da ottenere esattamente ciò che vedi nelle nostre foto. L'unità è stata recentemente ridipinta dappertutto e ha tutti i nuovi pavimenti in piastrelle.

Appena fuori dall'edificio Lasata si trova il Grand Lawn ben curato e ben curato. Un'oasi di relax con vegetazione lussureggiante e fontane tranquille in tutto. Al centro del prato si trova l'area della piscina in stile laguna recintata con rilassanti vasche idromassaggio e piscina a ingresso zero.

Loved this place and would like to return someday! Such a great location with so much to offer right within walking distance. We were a bit confused about which building we were supported to be in, but obviously found it in the end.

Great Getaway

The location of this condo is excellent. Steps from Baytowne Wharf, Effie Hotel and the pool. The condo is clean and well maintained. 10/10 would recommend.

Good location at Baytowne. This unit is good for about 2 people. Great walking distance to all the activities.

Conference/vacation

This was a great location at Baytowne Wharf. It was close to everything or anything you could possibly be looking for. Close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and golf. I’d definitely come back. The parking spaces are a small challenge but not enough to keep this from being a 5 star experience.

Location Great-Furnishings Worn and Tired

The property and grounds were stunning, the inside of our unit however was very worn. The furniture and window treatments looked at least as old as the unit itself like 20 years. The few upgrades could not make up for the worn furniture.

Amazing!

Ok, the property manager needs a raise! She was so amazing, very communicative and extremely helpful, even before leaving I would message her to see if I needed to take certain things and she would always respond within the hour! Wonderful stay! the village was so much fun, the pool water was a little too warm for us to be able to enjoy it fully but other then that. it was awesome.

Family getaway

The communication from the host was fantastic. The unit was located in a quiet building near enough to Baytowne to easily walk. The unit was clean and there were plenty of places to sit and relax and visit. We had one hiccup with the ac in the unit. The host quickly called service personnel and it was repaired with no inconvenience to us before end of day.

Lovely & Safe

The resort area felt very safe and secure. The pools were lovely. Our specific unit could use an upgrade on the kitchen amenities. The only skillet was small and very scratched up Teflon. There needs to be access to Wi-Fi on both TVs, not just the one in the bedroom, which had Roku. Update the TVs by eliminating the huge armoire that only holds a small TV and takes up a lot of space. All that being said, we did really enjoy our time there.
