Hospitality with a splash of sun and a dash of sand at this charming 2-bedroom coastal oasis, just 900 feet from the front door to the beach shore. As soon as you step inside, you'll be transported to island time, with a relaxed and beach-themed condo that welcomes you with open arms.
Enjoy the convenience of having the main living space, half bath, kitchen, and dining area on the first floor, which opens onto a private outdoor patio complete with a charcoal grill.

Great Place!

They were a step ahead of everything to make sure we knew how to get in and all info needed during our stay. The location was great. This side is never a very busy beach area, and it was perfect for us! It was a quiet with friendly neighbors. They recommended a restaurant that was fantastic as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Music Debut @ Sandbar at Amelia

This property is very convenient to the beach at 2-3 short blocks. 5 minute lazy walk tops. Short 3 minute drive or 10 minute stroll to main beach or Salt Life and Sandbar restaurant, playground and mini golf. The property is furnished better than ANY one I’ve been in. Blow dryers, curling irons, popcorn, TV ( every room ), ceiling fans and portable fans. It was hot outside as you would Hope, but cool or cold on the inside, whichever you preferred. We will rent this place again in the near future.

I’ll stay here again!

Great condo, very comfortable, very close to the beach, well-stocked with everything we needed. I liked that the condo felt spacious - I’ve stayed in some that felt a bit cramped. Really nice place that I will rent again.

Cute Clean & Close to beach!

This was a great townhouse for my husband and I and four boys! Plenty of room, very clean, had everything we needed and very short walk to the beach! We would definitely stay here again!

nice getaway to Amelia Island

This condo was well located within easy driving distance to Fernandina Beach & all the local attractions. In addition, it was an easy 2 block walk to the beach board walk, mini golf, volleyball court, beachside park & a couple of restaurants. The condo was very clean & well stocked. The owner was great to work with & check in & out was easy & quick.

Couldn’t have been better. From organic coffee pods to clean appliances it’s obvious they take pride in this property. A great value only a couple blocks off the beach. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Comfortable and very quiet unit. Convenient location (walking distance) to the beach. Close by to eating establishments. Host was super responsive. Will definitely consider the accommodations for a future stay.

Excellent property and stay

Everything from start to finish was just great - from the comfortable beds to house layout. The beach is a short walk and has a ramp access (great for those with the beach buggy or a stroller). Beach chairs, towels helped enjoy the beach. Communication was flawless from pre checkin to the checkout. Everything is there for you to enjoy your stay at Fernandina - I can’t think of anything that was amiss. Thank you Five Palms!

Horrible Ruined Thanksgiving

We booked it paid for it drive 12 hrs. Our son is stationed at near by military base. So we brought holiday dinner to fix for him on thanksgiving day. We get there the host still never gave us entry code. Tried calling message so did vrbo with no response. So we had to get a hotel which ruined our vacation. Beware of this host!

Walk to the beach!

Perfect condo. Walk to the beach. Less than 10 minute drive to downtown Fernandina restaurants and shopping. Clean and nicely decorated. Smaller than pictures appear, but plenty of room for 2 couples. Nice quantity of kitchen supplies.
