This house was perfect for our family. It had just enough space and beds to make it super comfortable. The pool was a great size for little kids. They had tons of towels and pool towels as well as ample kitchen items to use. Their communication was great and were fast to respond if we needed anything.

Wonderful stay

Korey and Cate's place was perfect for our stay. We had a mix of adults and young children and from start to finish both Korey and Care were very accommodating. The place was clean, spacious, and in a great location. We loved that the pool could be heated and there were plenty of pool toys and towels. Highly recommend.

Beautiful, spacious home!

We came to Austin for our son’s graduation (Hook ‘em!) and had several family members with us. This home was beautiful- it has a great open floor plan and was perfect for the family to be able to visit and spend time together. It as clean and literally had everything we needed. We also loved our time by the pool and the hosts were so kind to heat it for us. Highly recommend this property!

We had a fantastic weekend in Austin! We had a family gathering for my daughter's graduation, and the house was absolutely perfect! Many of the houses we looked at wouldn't allow for a group event, but Korey was completely accommodating. The house is also pet-friendly, and we were able to have our two small dogs join us. Two things to note...both my parent and my father-in-law stayed with us at the house. The stairs are a bit too steep for the elderly; however, there are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms downstairs, so it worked out perfectly. There is a lot of shade in the backyard, so the pool water was pretty chilly, you can text the owner to have the heater turned on, which I think is a really nice option. I highly recommend this property and will likely book again myself!

More beautiful in person

My family needed a place to stay for our daughter’s graduation and can’t asked for a better place. The house is prettier than the pictures I saw. It’s very spacious and clean and have everything you would need for a long weekend stay. One of the best or the best house that I have stayed at. Beautiful house for a beautiful weekend for my family. Thank you

Girls Weekend!!

Our stay at Korey’s house was the perfect weekend! My friends and I visited in early May to celebrate my upcoming wedding - from the pool and covered patio to the comfy couch and huge dining table we had plenty of space to hang out. There were many full work desks set up upstairs as well for anyone who needs to work during their stay (fortunately we did not!!). The house was an easy 10 min drive to Rainey and maybe 15 to West 6th.

Better than pictured

The place is adorable and perfectly laid out for a family gathering, with the open downstairs floorplan and plenty of space indoors and outdoors to hang out. The owners do a bunch of nice touches that make it feel even nicer, including: (1) turning on the fans before you arrive when it's 108F outside, (2) providing a brand new kitchen sponge for each guest, (3) plenty of extra towels and blankets, (4) whole bean coffee and a nice coffee grinder, (5) plenty of extra supplies (I find it terribly annoying when I run out of TP or paper towels at a vacation rental), (6) high-end pool noodles and floaties, and (7) nice outdoor furniture that's in great condition.

Great Modern House

Seemless check-in process, communication with owners is easy and they respond in a timely manner. The house was super clean, comfortable and amenities were amazing. There is a noise meter located outside that we felt was over sensitive as it would go off randomly just while we were talking at a normal volume. I understand the concept of having it but it may need to be recalibrated. Overall though it was a 5* stay.

How was amazing. Plenty of room for a large group. Kitchen has lots of extras, beds were very comfortable and we really enjoyed the pool and backyard area. Downtown Austin is ten minutes away. It was a great stay with everything we needed to be comfortable at the house.

This place is a dream! The pool and backyard sold it for us, but we were so pleasantly surprised by just how big, clean, comfy, and outfitted the space was inside, as well! We couldn’t stop talking about how comfy the beds were. The kitchen had loads of spices, cooking utensils, and even fresh coffee beans, grinder, and coffee pot. Communication was easy - host was incredibly responsive. Checkout was a dream, just asked us to take out the trash and start the dishwasher - no extensive bed stripping and laundry process like so many short term rentals these days.
