This beautiful home was perfect for our staff retreat for a few days. The house is spacious and very comfortable and the view is spectacular. Joe was very easy to work with. We would absolutely return for another retreat!

Our daughter was getting married in Whately. This home could not have been more perfect for our family to stay the weekend. The views are amazing, it has everything you need, the beds are so comfortable and everything is just amazing! Joe the host is so quick to respond and so helpful!

Incredible house! A little tricky to find but worth it once you’re there. Very spacious, vaulted ceilings, and the view is unmatched. You can see more than 10 miles, with the city in the distance, and if you’re lucky, a storm with shows of lightning and thunder (our LA kids were wowed). Huge backyard, many bedrooms, and lots of hangout areas. A great retreat from it all.

This property was amazing. It is private and beautiful. The view is amazing. The decor is comfortable with plenty of seating for all. Perfectly stocked with everything you could want. All the rooms were comfortable and spotless. I would definitely stay here again if the occasion arose. The owner was so responsive and kind. It was as perfect as could be.

Like a ski lodge

This was a family reunion of young adults and their parents. Everyone loved the house. Very well equipped kitchen. If the weather had been better there are gorgeous views out the back.

Beautiful house

House is really nice, better than the photos. High end appliances in the kitchen although it's missing some basics like wine glasses. Beds were comfortable and there was ample room for our party of 7. We also hosted a dinner for 12 at the house and every was very impressed by the beautiful view. Hosts were responsive to minor issues that arose. Would definitely stay there again.

5/5 – Beautiful Stay for a Special Weekend!Our stay at the Cozy Valley View Post & Beam Villa was absolutely perfect. Our group included a bride and groom, parents of the groom, the officiant, a groomsman, and family friends. We all gathered for a wedding and reception at nearby Quonquont Farm. The home provided the ideal setting for such aspecial occasion. Everything about the property was exactly as described, spacious, spotless, andbeautifully maintained. The views of the Pioneer Valley and UMass Amherst were stunning, and theopen Post & Beam design made the whole space feel bright and welcoming. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked with quality cookware, spices, and condiments, and the bathrooms and living spaces were thoughtfully supplied and very comfortable. Every detail made it feel like a true home away from home. The host was wonderful, responsive, organized, and accommodating. Check-in and check-out were smooth and simple. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area especially for gatherings, family events, or celebrations at Quonquont Farm.
