Pelican Lake - Breezy Point Townhouse

Questa bella residenza cittadina per tutto l'anno si trova a 100 metri dalla riva del bellissimo lago Pelican. I panorami sono fantastici. Puoi pescare dal nuovo molo spazioso, o portare la tua barca ed esplorare il lago di oltre 8.000 acri. Gioca a giochi da cortile sul verde prato di giorno e siediti vicino alla buca del fuoco di notte. Rilassarsi sulla spiaggia, guadare nel lago, o prendere una zattera al vicino banco di sabbia per un tuffo rinfrescante nel lago. A piedi o in barca al resort Breezy Point per utilizzare le spiagge pubbliche per il nuoto.

La nostra residenza cittadina è arredata in modo confortevole con una gamma completa di elettrodomestici, tra cui lavastoviglie e lavatrice / asciugatrice. Una TV a schermo piatto, via cavo e wireless, internet ad alta velocità assicurano il meglio dei due mondi. Con quattro zone notte separate, otto (8) possono dormire comodamente.

Al Breezy Point Resort, avrai accesso a spiagge di sabbia pubbliche e un porto turistico con barche da pesca, kayak, pedalò e moto d'acqua a noleggio.

Siamo a soli 5 minuti da tre campi da golf in anteprima tra cui il premiato Arnold Palmer progettato Deacon's Lodge. Ottimi ristoranti e negozi si trovano nelle vicinanze. Great place to stay!

Enjoyed our time connecting with family. We had enough space for all of us to be comfortable. We really liked being by the lake and enjoyed relaxing in the Adirondack chairs.

Quiet and relaxing

This is a perfect place to rest and relax. Sit on the deck with your coffee and a book and its wonderful. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked, plenty of beds and sleeping areas for the 5 of us. Checking in and out was easy. Nice big yard to play yard games! Would definately go back and recommend to others!!

Nice house on the lake

Really nice dock, lofted duplex with 2 bedrooms but 4 different sleepong areas, 3 beds upstairs. Nice yard and good set up!

Great location, beautiful house

The house has a great layout, lots of room and super clean. Location is awesome, super close to Breezy Point marina, lots of areas to safely walk. We rented a pontoon from BP marina 2 days and absolutely loved Pelican Lake. Yard facing lake is very pretty, mostly green grass, small but nice sand beach area. The only "negative", which the host can do nothing to correct, is lake level due to drought is super low. The hosts do have a large weed removal system which is awesome. Unfortunately, right now lake level where weeds have been removed is super shallow. Small kids would love it. In front of dock is coveted in weeds. Looks like when lake is at normal level weeds would be a couple feet below surface and you could sit on floaties without touching weeds. Hope drought ends soon as this is a really nice place to visit.

It was a great place, the swimming area was not exactly what we though but with boat we didn’t need.we love this area so much to do. Wish they would have let us have access to a vaccum.

Great lake place with a beach for the kids

This rental met all of our expectations. The beach was perfect for the little kids, and there was enough space for our 2 families.

Not quite what we planned

Not a 3 bedroom. This is a 2 bedroom with a couple of other sleeping areas. One is in a loft area with little privacy and the other is on the main floor that has curtains for even less privacy. We had to buy toilet paper and firewood as there wasn't really any of either. Coffee pot is for individual use not for three adults that like coffee. My kids had a blast in the sand and water so I'll give it that. The advertisement is deceiving so don't be fooled about what you are getting.

Breezy Point Townhouse

Beautiful townhouse incl. outdoor table on deck. Nice beach, swimming, & dock. Firepit on grass & next to weeds was a bit buggy, and we didn't catch any fish (reeled steadily over the weeds off end of dock for bass but not even a bite) - otherwise things were great!

So calm!

A definite Return vacation!!!

This townhome was beautiful!! We had 6 of us there throughout the week but could have had 8 stay. Three bathrooms so everyone had their privacy. Having coffee on the dock over looking the lake and loons was one of my highlights! The place was clean, well decorated and comfortable like home. The host, Debbie was wonderful to work with and was so accommodating to our requests. Thanks so much! If I can I return next year I wil definitely will try!!!

Great location and nice property!

We enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and well stocked. We had rainy weather so we were not able to enjoy the beach/outdoor area as much as we would have liked. I would recommend this property. The owners are very accommodating.

Amazing!

We come up every year for a week and this is the first year we had a seaweed free beach! Which was in large part due to it being well maintained and having a seaweed roller. The water was so clear which was perfect for our young children! The house was very clean and we'll maintained. We had plenty of room! We loved that is was in walking distance to a park and Breezy Point Resort! We will definitely be returning next year!

Wow what a nice spot!

We joined family up here for a few days to relax and catch up with relatives we don't see enough. We are a pretty active bunch, never really sitting down for long. From guided fishing, unguided fishing, swimming, jet skiing - if you like being on the water it was pretty hard to beat! We also had a 3mo old with us and while he didn't expressly say "hey I love this place!" I'm pretty sure its only because he hasn't figured out how to speak yet. We'd stay here again fo' sho!

Beautiful place - really good location

We spent the July 4 week here for the second year in a row and had a great time again! We had 7 adults (5 in the 20-30 range) staying here and there was plenty of room for all of us. The place is clean and well taken care of. The dock is really handy - being able to get up in the morning to go fishing or boating without having to put the boat in somewhere. The location is great - close to Breezy Point for restaurants and drinks, close to a lot of nice golf courses, and right on the lake! We will look at coming back again!

Great Vacation Spot

My family and I stayed at this Breezy Point townhome during Memorial Day weekend. The townhome was exceptionally clean and nicely furnished and offered a restful stay for everyone (including my mother-in-law who slept in the downstairs bedroom). The dock is large and provided a great spot to fish for the evening meal. A grill is also available for use. We enjoyed playing a couple of rounds of golf at the traditional course at Breezy Point, and we rented a fishing boat from the Breezy Point Resort marina for a very reasonable fee. Rafferty's Pizza in Nisswa was a hit. We plan to return this summer for a family wedding and will try our luck at Deacon's Lodge Golf Course this time around.

Great location!

We had a wonderful family vacation at this Breezy Point townhouse. The townhouse was exceptionally clean and comfortable for our group of 7. The views are spectacular. After our morning walk around the beautiful area, the adults relaxed out on the patio and sipped coffee, enjoying the lake scene. The teenagers in the group had plenty to do and enjoyed renting jet skis from the marina at the resort and renting bikes to ride on the Paul Bunyan Trail. We were also able to rent a pontoon from the marina and take a tour of Pelican Lake; I had my first chance to see a loon at close range. Another high point of the trip was a very successful fishing expedition, and we had a wonderful fish fry that evening. The girls in the group enjoyed a couple of shopping trips to Nisswa while the guys played golf at a couple of different locations. We all played Bocce ball on the lawn in the evenings before firing up the fire pit for s'mores, and two of the kids even slept out in their hammocks a couple of nights. The dock is quite large which provided another gathering area to enjoy the views. The Breezy Point area is a great place for a family vacation, and the townhouse is well-suited for cooking meals and gathering for family time. We plan to return this summer.

We chose this townhome because of its beautiful view of Pelican Lake and level access to the water. We love the activities that Pelican Lake and has to offer. It is one of the premier lakes in Minnesota.
