Wonderful house in an adorable neighborhood close to parks, stores, restaurants, etc. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, the house was well appointed and spotless! We loved picking fresh raspberries from fruit bushes all around the house and using the hot tub at night. Would definitely stay here again!

Our host responded to rental request and was polite, thoughtful, and friendly. The house was one of the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever experienced and there were so many thoughtful details that made us feel welcome—coffee beans/grinder, snacks, detailed check in and checkout instructions, available washer/dryer, etc.My only complaint is it was not clear in the description that there is only one bath/shower in the house, which is a challenge for a house intended for up to six people. We were able to manage but required scheduling shifts to accommodate everyone. Our hosts were very thoughtful and inviting to us throughout the stay. We’d love to come back!

Perfect place in Eugene

Our family of 4 stayed here while visiting our Duck. The home is tastefully appointed, including great seasonal decor. It was VERY clean and had everything we needed to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The game room was fantastic and kept all 4 of us entertained. From check in to check out the host communication was great. We would stay here again without hesitation.

We had a fantastic stay. The home was very clean and thoughtfully prepared for guests. We had a lot of fun playing in the arcade/game room. The house has air conditioning and was comfortable even in 90 degree weather. The host was very kind and responsive to communication. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 to be comfortable.

Better than the pictures!

This is an outstanding property. There were a lot of little things that made it a next-level experience for us. It was probably the cleanest VRBO or ABB property I've ever stayed in. We really enjoyed using the game room! The kitchen was really well equipped. Thanks so much to our hosts!

Clean, quiet, great to get out, great to stay in

A great place to stay, anchoring our visiting with relatives at parks and places around town - we could always come back to the house and chill and regroup. Clean, well laid-out and well-equipped. And FRESH BLACKBERRIES and BLUEBERRIES! What a surprise! Would definitely stay here again, thanks for having us!

Best Stay/ Host/ Everything

I brought a group of boys up for the UofO men’s basketball camp and the game room was a huge help to keep them entertained in the evenings. The house was clean, organized, and comfortable. The attention to detail was very impressive. There’s a park nearby, easy access to the Fern Ridge Path
