We enjoyed our weekend stay. Home was clean, king bed was very comfortable and the one bathroom was very roomy. Only suggestion would be to add some outdoor lighting in the backyard to make is easier to see your pet at night. We would definitely stay here again.

What a gem of a place! The location is great with the sound and marina on one side and the beach a very short walk with public access on the other side and restaurants and grocery close by. The home is quaint, quiet, comfortable, and clean. The fenced in backyard is great for the pet. The host is very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend. We hope to return!

Cottage was very home comfort. Decorated cute nnnnb Bed and pillows were excellent for sleeping. Hostess had well supplied many items.

The house was super clean and well stocked! The house has everything you might need. Umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards, wagon, dog leash, extension cords, etc. The kitchen also had everything and then some. It was a truly enjoyable stay! The fenced backyard was perfect. Super close to the beach. One of our best stays in a VRBO!

Great Stay

Had a great time on my trip. The property was well maintained and the owner, Greg, was very responsive. Would highly recommend staying here!

Race weekend

The home was neat and tidy. We were close to good food and the beautiful beach. The only downfall to the whole trip was rain during the races. Will stay again when in the area.

Couldn’t ask for more

Home is exactly as described. Great location, we walked about 3 blocks to the beach daily. Check in and check out was super easy. Owner is very responsive. Home is very comfy!!! Would definitely stay again!!!!

Home Away From Home

The house is very clean and cozy! The location is fantastic and the owners have provided almost everything you could need for a day at the beach. They are quick to respond to messages/answer questions/resolve any issues you might have. Great place! This is our new home away from home in Florida.

nice house, clean and good location

We loved the house, was nice to have a driveway, garage and everything we needed for a nice week. The house was super clean. One of the cleanest rental properties I've ever stayed at. Would definitely stay again. (Only tip I'd give is that the house isn't yellow, it's a greenish color so when you arrive don't look for a yellow house like in the pictures or you'll drive past a few times like we did.)

Great house

Had one very small issue upon arrival, only reason I mentioned it was because of how quickly owner resolved it via email then followed up with phone call. Great sunsets just a very short walk from house. We stay in Daytona Beach Shores several times a year, this property will always be my first choice when available.

Clean, comfortable and convenient

I stayed for 7 weeks and loved it! Very clean and comfortable. Not luxury, but I wasn't looking for that. I wanted a place that felt like a home. The beds were super comfortable and there were plenty of towels and linens. Well stocked kitchen. The location was perfect for me. Easy walk to beach and dog park. Loved the deck and fenced yard. I'm planning on going back next year and staying even longer!

Great place! Just bring your personal belongings!

We had a great time at SeaTreat. The place is fabulous. There were just tge 2 adults and pur dog. Every creature comfort we have at home (and more) was available for us to use. It was an easy walk to the beach for some fun with momma nature! We especially lived parking our car in the garage. It sure gets hot in the car when out in that sun! Dont hesitate to book this place. You wont be sorry!

Enjoyed our trip. But in this tech world more USB ports would be helpful. Also check your garage door. It would open but would noot close without coming inside to close.

Peaceful area, charming home!

The house was very clean, with everything you need for cooking and more, including bikes to ride and all the beach equipment you need. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was updated nicely with a good strong shower. The only thing I missed was a dishwasher since we did a lot of cooking. Also, part of the fence was down in the back yard. I believe it was due to the last hurricane. I’m sure it will be fixed soon. I would consider this place again. There were great restaurants all nearby.

bad time

the air condition did not work in both bedrooms it was so hot.had to sleep in livingroom floor .i am 68 years old i can not sleep on floor.so we life thursday morring.really bad.could not get hold anyone.

Alan I am so sorry. I did not receive any communication on this. The next guest did report this problem and my air guy came and fixed within 2 hrs after I was notified. So sorry. We will send a refund that I received.
