30 Haul Away è situato a Palmetto Dunes Resort su una via navigabile 11 miglia su cui è possibile canoa ed il pesce per miglia. Si tratta di un semplice 7 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Siamo anche a pochi passi dal Marriott Resort e il negozio di alimentari. Palmetto Dunes è una comunità privata gated che offre una gamma completa di attività di vacanza che includono: golf, tennis, attività in spiaggia, terme, kayak, mountain bike, pesca e ristoranti. Il Dune Buggy corre in alta stagione a prendere gli ospiti per lo shopping facile e occhi su HHI.

Questa spaziosa e luminosa casa sul lungomare vanta una magnifica vista del corso d'acqua e si affaccia su di una lussuosa piscina e terrazza per un relax totale. Gli ospiti possono scegliere tra 4 camere confortevoli, 4 bagni e un camino a legna. La cucina è completamente attrezzata per la cottura serio! La casa è stata completamente rinnovato nel giugno 2010. Il nostro designer ha acquistato tutto nuovo dal tappeto fino ai nostri 400 fogli numero di thread! Tutto è nuovo !! Ogni camera ha un televisore a schermo piatto e un lettore CD / DVD. La sala grande ha un nuovo televisore a schermo piatto ad alta definizione e Blu ray DVD. Abbiamo internet wireless gratuito in tutta la casa.

Le pompe di calore Nuove sono state installate nel 2013. Questo fornisce il raffreddamento e riscaldamento immaginabile più efficiente e silenzioso.

Il retro della casa si apre ad una bella piscina a sfioro con una cascata. Vi è un ampio patio che circonda la piscina con arredi per mangiare all'aperto o rilassarsi e una vista affascinante del 11 miglia lungo laguna / corso d'acqua. Pesce dal molo privato o da una canoa o kayak che possono essere affittati a pochi passi dalla casa. È possibile noleggiare kayak e biciclette dalle vicine Palmetto Dunes Outfitters.

smoke detectors need to be updated

We had to change a smoke detector battery as it was chirping and noted that the date on the detector was 2004. These should be changed at least every ten years.

Very Nice

We found the property to be as presented. Open floor plan provided plenty of room when we were all (7 of us) inside at the same time. The pool was enjoyable and put to good use.

June vacation

We enjoyed the layout of the home. The pool was great. Sitting area outside near lagoon could use a good cleaning. We contacted Island Getaway about a few problems. Most were resolved. We asked that the sitting area be cleaned. They sent someone who used a leaf blower which improved the area. However they failed to clean the chairs which were too dirty to sit in. So we used the pool area which was great. Pool guy did excellent job. This is a very nice home.

Beautiful Pool, lots of room and easy walk/bike ride to beach

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. It was large and super awesome for each bedroom to have their own bathroom. The pool was amazing and the infinity edge on the pool added a beautiful ambiance of waterfall sounds continuously. Pool cleaners came while we were there and swept out the pool. It was very clean all week. We biked to the beach each time we went and the Bike Doctor delivered our bikes and picked them up. So convenient!! Super easy to get in upon arrival with checkin instructions and the numeric keypad was awesome so all of us could come and go as we pleased without having to share keys, etc. we loved our stay…was hard to leave. We also loved the Stars and Stripes sunset cruise that we took on our last night. Saw lots of dolphins…worth every penny! Neighborhood was beautiful and the biking on the beach and in the neighborhood was super fun. Easy and close groceries at Kroger and the general store had fun items, souvenirs and treats. Definitely would stay again!! Thank you for sharing your lovely pool and home with us!!

Excellent property

Wonderful stay at in HH in Palmetto Dunces. Spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen, beautiful backyard with pool, close to the beach, comfortable beds and located in a lovely neighborhood.

Relaxing Family Getaway

We truly enjoyed our stay in Palmetto Dunes. The heated pool gave us hours of enjoyment. The pleasant walk to the beach allowed us to observe a most amazing full moon. The beds were comfortable and our time spent together was enhanced by the great floor plan of the home. We shared much laughter and made precious memories.

Perfect place!

We loved our stay at this house. The layout is perfect for family gatherings for dinners and playing in the pool. The kitchen is big and well outfitted with everything we needed. The walk to the beach was pleasant and shady. The owners were kind and responsive with my questions. We enjoyed our stay!

Great pool!

Plenty of room, great pool, well stocked kitchen, and beds were comfy. Beach access is a little walk away, most of our time was spent in the pool. Good communication with rental management company, and check-in and out was easy.

Pledge the Pink Walk

We were a group of 4 couples here for the Pledge the Pink walk to fight breast cancer. This home worked perfectly for us, would also be great for golf outings! The set up, location and communication with the home were great!

Fantastic place

The area and the house is gorgeous! It was amazing and my family and I had a lot of fun. My only caveat is there were a good amount of dead bugs throughout the house when we first arrived. The bedrooms were really tidy but it seemed as if no one had touched the house in a few days even though we were told the house was going to be cleaned right before we were supposed to check in.

Nice property

The pool was great, we enjoyed it very much. We had some issues, dirty ceiling fans, dirty rugs, only one dish towel and dish cloth, propane tank was empty and so was the spare tank, batteries in the remotes needed replaced, dryer vent hose was off needed fixed. Island Getaways was responsive and dealt with all issues, but it would have been nice to not have the issues at all. It would have been nice to have use of the garage to store golf clubs and bring in bags and groceries. The trip up and down the steps to the front door was a lot with luggage.

Family vacation

This property had it all! If we weren’t at the beach, we were riding bikes, swimming in the pool or kayaking in the lagoon. The only issue was that our ceiling fan in the master bedroom had a thick coating of dust on the blades. We loved the house and would absolutely stay here again.

Great house in a great location in Palmetto Dunes. We had walking access to the beach and also enjoyed bike riding in the neighborhood. Lots of room for an active family.

Great house and pool!

Multiple families sharing the house for a week. The layout was great (2 BR on one side of house and 2 BR on the other side). The walk to the beach was a solid 10 minutes, and we recommend taking bikes and renting the beach chairs and umbrella at the beach. We spent more time at the pool and riding bikes (also shopping and horseback riding), so the distance from the beach was ok with us. Everyone enjoyed their stay, and will definitely consider renting again if in the area.

Great vacation

We really enjoyed staying here. The location is great - short walk to the beach (~10 min), and you can launch kayaks directly off the property. The pool is fantastic! There is enough space for everyone to spread out. The kitchen is large and had almost everything we needed for cooking. We had some questions about the property before our stay, and Tony always responded to my messages very quickly. Highly recommended.

Beautiful quiet peaceful location!

The pool was lovely. Great layout of the home. The home could really use an hour of good dusting - ceiling fans, blinds, return air vents. The price was fair. Short walk to the beach. I wish it had a few more cleaning supplies- dish soap, countertop cleaner.

Summertime fun

Great house for an extended family. Wonderful pool and outside area! The only issue was the housekeeping didn’t check one bedroom very well, a dirty washcloth was in the shower and an empty soft drink can under the bed. We had a great time!

The property has a very good location to the beach and the infinity pool and lagoon dock are great. The property was not clean- needed sweeping and dusting. Trash was not collected until I called on Monday. Some deferred maintenance needs to be addressed.

Super Location, Awesome Pool!

This was my 15th (or so) visit to HHI and one of the best rental homes I have stayed in to date. The home is tastefully decorated and appointed and was spacious enough for our family of five plus my 70 year old parents. The infinity pool was a nice luxury that we used excessively and was very much appreciated by my 75 year old dad who does not like beaches (too much sand, go figure!). The proximity of this home to the beach access and the Dunes House enticed us to go to the beach on 4 days. We had an awesome time and would rent this home again in a heartbeat.
