This property is just a 2-5 minute walk to the beautiful Emerald Coast beach! One block from door to the stunning sand and waters! This comfortable one bedroom property features a queen bed, full bathroom, full kitchen and full size washer and dryer. Kitchen features appliances to include dishwasher, glass top stove/oven, microwave, and fridge. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. Living room and bedroom have ceiling fans, smart tvs, and a split unit wall ac to keep you in comfort during your stay. The bathroom boasts tub/shower combo. This unit has a set of stairs for entry but is all on one floor once inside. Shared backyard space to roam and grills to enjoy. The beach access point is just a short walk away. Boat parking upon request is available. *Please note this property is not handicap accessible due to stairway to access front door.

This is the 2nd time we stayed at property. Overall is a nice safe place. Could use some updating. The walk to everything is convenient. Will use again .

The apartment was cleaned, but there were quite a few areas in which the property manager should work to fix. For example, in every room the walls were warped. It was very bad in the kitchen—the paint was chipping off and the walls were bending. The tiles in the bathroom were beginning to chip, too. The host sent out numerous emails prior to our stay, all containing different information regarding our stay. This made it difficult to locate exactly what we needed when it came time to check-in. When contacting the property manager regarding an issue with the check-in process, there were minor delays in response-time and hospitable communication was null. This was not the worst place I have stayed in, but it was definitely not the best. I will be looking at other properties in the future, should we decide to stay on the Emerald Coast again.

Well furnished small apartment.

Well furnished, renovated older building. About a block from the beach. The QR codes on the wall with info on checkin and checkout plus area info was a nice touch. Property is on 2nd story so need to be able to navigate stairs.

Our stay was wonderful! This condo is the perfect size for two people. A cozy living room and bedroom, small kitchen with enough space for cooking, and nice bathroom. Management was very easy to get in touch with the day of check-in, and check-out instructions were easy to follow. The included dishes, towels, washer/dryer, and complimentary items were life savers. The condo is within walking distance to a beach access point as well as a few restaurants. My wife and I had a great vacation at this condo!

Perfect place for us

Some reviews noted this apt was very small- we found it perfect for us in size. Air conditioning in bedroom was a small plug in unit that put out as much hot air as cool, did have ceiling fans. That bed was nice. The pull out couch bed was mostly springs and you could feel every one so we just slept on the couch itself. Very handy having a washer and dryer when going to the beach everyday. Fort Walton beaches were 10/10 and about a 2 min drive away. That was by far our favorite part. Close enough to Destin without dealing with the Destin traffic to get to the beach. I would stay here again

Family

We was looking for just something small for our family of 4 to lay our heads down at night and maybe a few home cooked meals for a good price while visiting for my daughters Nation Softball Tournament. This was perfect for us!! Short walk to the beach/and if you didn’t want to walk there was always parking at the beach access points! Very quiet neighborhood was always nice to sit outside in the evening/night! Even though we didn’t have any real issue when we did speak to Tiffany she was wonderful and very sweet! Lastly the check in process was absolutely my favorite! Just put your code in and done! No hassle of waiting in line check in process! We will definitely be back and at this moment wanting to book for next year already!!

Terrible Neighborhood

First, it was almost impossible to find, then even harder to get into. The key was in a lockbox that was difficult to open and a day later (after having to find other accommodations) the lock was so stiff it took multiple tries to unlock. Once inside I was appalled by the cramped quarters. The living room had one small loveseat while the washer and drier sat in the open. The bathroom was dated with mold around the tub and the kitchen so cramped only one person can enter at a time and must step aside to let anyone enter the bathroom. The bathroom entrance is directly behind and very close to the kitchen area making it very user unfriendly. I would never recommend this property. We ended up staying in other accommodations.

Charles, we are sorry you found the property not to your liking. We do highlight the home in detail in both photos and written description. The photos do show every item you mentioned as a complaint- bathroom location, washer dryer in living room, and couch location. We have not seen or had any complaints on mold in the shower, however it was checked again just to ensure cleanliness. As always, we are available anytime a person finds entry difficult as we understand sometimes the electric locks can be a challenge for those not use to the technology. As mentioned to you, we would happily drive there to open it for you if you had waited but 10 mins. There was nothing wrong with the entry lock, just user not being familiar with these types of electronic entry.

The room was not clean at all. There was food under the couch, under bed, and dirt all over the floor. The bath room was nasty and toilet was not clean. The bed smelled really bad like pee.. and the couch that turned into a bed had hair and stains on it. The walls were infested with termites and the walls were nasty. It was VERY UNCLEAN. I wish I could get a refund for the stay because it was not worth it. We stayed in room 6. The only good thing was the owner or whoever i spoke to always answered and was great at communicating.
