This is a great place to stay. It is so close to the ocean. I have stayed nearby before and I loved it this time also. There are two alligators out in the pond. It was interesting to keep an eye on where they were at every day. Also, there is a male duck that hangs out in the pond so it was nice to see him every day also.

Beautiful Condo

The entire Palmetto Dunes community was gorgeous and easy to navigate. The condo at Queens Grant was very modern and seemed to be newly renovated. Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

Loved the condo! Great decor, very clean! My favorite part about this property was the male mallard duck who never leaves the area around the pond. He’s like the mayor of Queens Grant! We named him Maverick!

This is a very cute bungalow with lovely decor and fast internet. I really appreciated that it’s pet-friendly, which made the stay even better. The neighborhood is very walkable, and having a general store nearby was a nice bonus.One area for improvement would be the beach access directions. While the beach is within walking distance, clearer and more detailed instructions would be helpful—especially for guests with mobility considerations.Overall, I enjoyed the property and would recommend it. The only drawback was the early checkout time; a noon checkout would have made the departure feel much less rushed and allowed time to enjoy breakfast before leaving.
