Bella casa Tahoe Donner 3 BR / 3 BA con vasca idromassaggio - Cani Ok - NESSUNA SCIENA!

Questa bella casa con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni a Tahoe Donner è soleggiata e esposta a sud. Dispone di una spaziosa cucina moderna e rinnovata con doppio forno, piano cottura a induzione e forno a microonde. Una nuova fornace e una stufa a legna mantengono la casa piacevole e calda in inverno.

Le camere sono le seguenti: un re, una regina e due gemelli. C'è anche una grande cabina armadio che abbiamo trasformato in una piccola camera da letto con un letto singolo, un soppalco con un letto matrimoniale e un altro piccolo soppalco in stile dormitorio con un materasso matrimoniale. Un lettino portatile e materasso ad aria queen-size è disponibile anche per il vostro uso.

C'è una sala di intrattenimento nel seminterrato con una TV a grande schermo di proiezione con lettore DVD e cineteca. Al piano inferiore ha anche una sauna e 3 ° bagno. Il ponte posteriore ha una vasca idromassaggio privata per 5 persone.

Il vialetto è piatto (importante in inverno) e il garage ha spazio per una macchina. Nel garage è possibile trovare legna da utilizzare durante il soggiorno. Anche nel garage per il vostro uso sono slitte, 3 paia di racchette da neve e un kit pupazzo di neve (da LL Bean). Di solito andiamo in slitta dietro casa perché è facile e protetta.

Un cane è OK (non sui mobili o nei letti, per favore). Assolutamente NO smoking!

La casa si affaccia sul terreno Forest Service, quindi è bello, privato e tranquillo.

Questa è la nostra casa privata che affittiamo solo occasionalmente. È molto pulito e ben fornito di tutto il necessario per cucinare (spezie, oli, ecc.). Lavatrice e asciugatrice anche a livello principale.

A Wonderful Home Away From Home

John's house was comfortable and inviting and the perfect Tahoe Donner getaway for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishware and cookware, making it easy to prepare meals at home. The hot tub was great for the evenings when the temparature dipped. And the cinema room was awesome. Less than 10 minutes from downtown Truckee or Donner Lake, the location was perfectly central for our North Lake Tahoe vacation.

Lovely Stay

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in many short term rentals over the years and this home by far was the most comfortable and well taken care of. The kitchen was well stocked. The media room was fantastic. We enjoyed many movie nights. The location is just a short drive into town and not far from the ski resorts. John and Kathleen were very easy to communicate with. You can tell they love this home and want their guests to enjoy the amenities as well. Thank you for such a nice stay.

Snow Vacation

We had a wonderful week! The house was great! Had plenty of room for all of us. I’ve been renting from vrbo for about 5 years now, and by far this has been the best house we’ve stayed in!!! The kitchen has everything you would need. It’s fully stocked with utensils and appliances. The hot tub was wonderful! I would definitely stay there again. John, the host was very accommodating.

Well Equipped Family House

Well equipped house for family with hot tub and sauna. Every conceivable appliance, cooking utensil, games etc. makes it just like home. John the homeowner is very responsive, house instructions are complete and checkin is easy. Recommended.

Great place to stay in North Lake Tahoe area

The kitchen and bathrooms are very well appointed with everything needed for your stay and meal prep. The snow removal and flat driveway with garage made for easy access to the cabin during this very snowy winter. The many extra amenities of this cabin make this a great place for the whole family.

Great Tahoe house

The house was well furnished and had plenty of space for our two families. Great location just off the hiking and biking trails. Hosts were really good about staying in contact. We would definitely stay here again.

Summer weekend in Truckee

Great place to stay. Owner was very responsive and everything was as stated online. Fully stocked kitchen with all utensils, pots/pans, etc. Lots of room for everyone to stretch out without being on top of each other. The home is on a somewhat busy street that has access to the highway, so a few more cars/trucks that pass by, but not a huge bother.

Lovely home, responsive host

Truly lovely home, excellent for a family stay. John was incredibly responsive to all questions. The house is fully stocked and extremely well cared for. Pictures do not do the house justice, it is really beautiful!

Ideal Home

For the last 20 years, my family and I have been staying in short-term rental everywhere we travel to. This home was probably the best. Super comfortable, lots of room, well stocked kitchen condiments, super clean, easy owner to communicate with. The family loved it. Amazing woods nearby to walk in and close to town. Our Favorite Truckee Rental

We loved this Truckee home for so many reasons! The open floor plan was great for our family, whether we were cooking, dining, or just hanging out in the living room. Everything you could possibly want to prepare and cook a meal is provided in the kitchen. The entire house is very clean and well maintained and the beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on. Our son really enjoyed being able to have his dog here too! There are even doggie bowls for your pup :) We enjoyed the hot tub on the back deck which also has several chairs. The front deck is relatively clear of trees, which makes it perfect for stargazing at night. The house also includes a sauna, but we didn’t use it. A big plus was having 3 full bathrooms. John and Kathleen, the owners, were easy to reach and left clear instructions for everything in the house. The location was ideal for us, being close to Donner Lake where our son lives, but also just a short drive into Truckee, with many shops, stores and restaurants. Lake Tahoe is also a short drive away. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would recommend it to family and friends. We hope to stay here again next summer!

Great House

Great House, plenty of space. Unfortunately, the power went out in the whole town the last day and we had to leave 1 day early. We left a pair of gloves and kids electronics in the complete darkness, but the owner was kind enough to send them to us when I reached out.

Great Stay!

We had a great time at John's place in Tahoe Donner. The property was as described with lots of room and beds, nice hot tub and the location was great. The kitchen is really well set up as well.

This is a wonderful place to stay if you are visiting Truckee. House is clean and well maintained. Owners were nice and responsive to our questions and have clear written instructions on how everything works around the house and kitchen. Roomy home with well-stocked kitchen

This was a nice rental in Truckee, away from the hustle and bustle around Lake Tahoe. The home is used by the owner's and rented out occasionally. As such, we were afforded a terrific array of cooking appliances (i.e., blender, juicer), quality pots and pans and utensils, making it a great place for a family who wants to dine in for many of their meals (not typical for a vacation rental). We enjoyed the location -- there is an 8 mile trail bordering the national forrest right behind the house, close proximity to Donner Lake, which we really enjoyed, only about 20 minutes to Lake Tahoe, and 40 minutes to Reno airport (from where we flew in and out of the area). The beds were comfortable and we also enjoyed having a hot tub!

Great House, Beautiful setting!

We loved this house. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It is much bigger than it looks and is updated and beautiful. It backs up to great hiking and biking trails and is well located in Tahoe Donner. We hope to come back again in the future!

Great home and location

The instructions for the home were very clear and useful. The kitchen & bathrooms were well stocked and the amenities were greatly enjoyed. We had a great ski trip with our teenage grandsons in this home.

Top rental in a great location

House with recently remodeling especially the kitchen and entry way was in excellent condition, has a great location near trails and close drive to TD X country. One of the nicest rentals our family has stayed at. The property manager was in good contact. If you come in winter though be prepared, the plow service can be delayed. Would definitely stay again.

Nice place for family gathering

We enjoyed a family get together. The home is located right on a trail which can be walked in a loop. 1/2 from a 3 hour float down the Truckee River. Sauna was nice! We mostly played games rather than use the home theater, but bring your DVDs if you want to watch some favorites. 10 minutes from town, many cycling paths, craft brewing, wide variety of restaurants etc. Host provide excellent instructions. Thanks for the wonderful visit!

We love to nordic and alpine ski, hike and mountain bike, all easily accessible from this location. The Tahoe Donner gym and pools are outstanding. We love the easy access to the house from the "back way" into Tahoe Donner that avoid Northwoods.
