Our family of 11, from 2-80, had a wonderful time at Bearly Behaving! The kids loved floating on the tubes, catching crawfish, fishing, looking for critters, exploring the river edge, walking the gravel road, s’more in the firepit, the hot tub, the awesome game room and the bunk beds! The adults had so much fun relaxing, watching the kids, watching for wildlife (no bears tho), making delicious meals in the well stocked kitchen, movies and games at night! It was the perfect fall getaway. Kim is an amazing host and always available to answer any questions we had. We will be back!

Great accommodations with many amenities in the cabin and on the property. Very pleasant river views. Owners were very proactive to make for a smooth arrival and quick to respond to every inquiry. Great experience! Would highly recommend.

This is our 2nd year staying @ this amazing home. We are booking for 3rd year soon. It's a great home for a large group & has waterfront access for the kids to play. Hosts are always available for any needs

The location is everything. Fully stocked kitchen. Most places dont have enough pot and pan. So I always bring mines, but I hate i did, this place have all the wants and needs. Will be returning in January

Beautiful house! Very quiet location and beautiful scenery. We thoroughly enjoyed playing games on the gaming table and dad loved being able to walk out the front door and start fishing. Would definitely stay here again!

Our large, extended family had an absolutely amazing time at this beautiful riverfront home. Kids and adults alike enjoyed floating on the tubes (they provided) in the river right in front of the house. It's located in a gorgeous, peaceful setting; the home was clean, beautiful, and well-stocked - all of it perfectly meeting our needs and even going beyond our expectations. The host was incredible. She was very gracious and helpful with my many questions and helped me through my online inadequacies. She maintained excellent communication and even provided detailed directions when needed. We can't speak highly enough of our experience, and would do it again in a heartbeat!

My family of 12, (children and grandchildren) were with us on this vacation. The cabin was very roomy for all of us. The cabin was very clean. Our children and grandchildren enjoyed tubing down the river setting around the fire pit making s’mores. It was a very relaxing time for us all. The host was very nice and answered my questions I had before arriving and during our stay. We will be back.

We loved Bearly Behaving! Getting to the house was a doozy the first time but once we got the hang of it, it was a breeze. Being right on the river is amazing. The host was super responsive and helpful. There are other fun things you can leave to go do but once you get there, you don’t want to leave. You just want to relax and be by the river. We really enjoyed Bearly Behaving.

Cabin was beautiful, roomy, view of the river was great. Host was great. The roads are steep and narrow getting there but our traverse made it. Would reccomend finding the cabin during the day for your first trip but overall great experience

Great spring break getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay. This place exceeded my expectations. Great place to relax and enjoy nature. It is secluded yet in close proximity to attractions. Highly recommend!

Owners were very responsive and home was beautiful. Problems with both jetted tubs. Ice maker and water dispenser in refrigerator did not work so had to travel back to town for ice. No firewood normally included but owners were kind to send some to the house for us to use. River was gorgeous and a lot of fun. Drive to home is a bit difficult. You need to watch out for deer! We saw many!!River was well worth staying at this location. Just some things that needed help but perhaps had been overlooked for need of attention. If we had know beforehand it would have been helpful. Our group enjoyed our stay and our group fished and played in river. Fireworks in town were fantastic!

What a great stay we had at Bearly Behaving! My husband and I met up with our adult kids and significant others a couple of weeks before Christmas. The home was quiet, cozy, comfortable, with a Christmas tree and great amenities. We didn't have to leave the house, and it was large enough that we could spread out if we tired of each other! Lovely river (just like the photo!). And I can't say enough about how accessible and helpful the hosts were.

Great place to relax and enjoy outdoors. Super clean, great beds and everything works. It was the best stay we have had in 6 years since we have been going. The parks in the resort are beautiful as well. A+

Perfect family trip!

We were stunned with how perfect this cabin was for our family trip! Excellent location on the river! We had so much fun fishing every single day and loved how we could walk down the path and tube back to the cabin. This cabin has everything you need and more and it checked off all our family vacation needs and wants. We had such an amazing and memorable trip. The hosts, Kim and Chad, are so kind, very responsive, and helpful. We cannot wait to come back!

Awesome Family Vacation

What an amazing place. We had 7adults 8 kids and the place was perfect. With the creek in front of the home to the hot tub and then the game room, everyone was happy. This place really meet and exceeded our expectations. The host was very quick to reply with anything you had a question about. We as a family will definitely book here again.
