'PapaBears' è una casa privata di quattro piani e 1800 piedi finemente arredata situata nel tranquillo quartiere di Mountainside sul lato sud della città di Frisco. Accesso alla Clubhouse con piscina, quattro vasche idromassaggio (tre esterne), bagno turco, sauna, campo da squash, campo da tennis esterno, sentieri escursionistici, piste da sci nordico e pista ciclabile per Copper Mountain, Vail e Breckenridge. Sistema navetta gratuito dalla città di Frisco a Copper Mountain, Keystone e Breckenridge. A pochi isolati da Frisco's Main Street - negozi, ristoranti ed eventi. Lago da pesca privato dall'altra parte della strada (a sinistra, poi a destra e su per la collina) per bambini dai 4 agli 80 anni (nessuna licenza richiesta per pescare in un lago privato). Cattura e rilascia solo.

Il livello principale di "PapaBears" ha soffitti a volta, caldi pavimenti in legno e viste meravigliose, TV, DVD (Blu Ray), Internet wireless sicuro, lettore CD (Bluetooth abilitato) e telefono. C'è un camino a legna nel soggiorno visibile dalla sala da pranzo che può ospitare fino a 10, una cucina completamente attrezzata con molti extra tutti con un ottimo arredamento delle Montagne Rocciose.

La camera da letto principale si trova al piano superiore con un letto queen-size, cabina armadio completa, TV, DVD, telefono, bagno completo con vasca idromassaggio di grandi dimensioni, trapunte accoglienti, decorazioni di montagna e viste meravigliose.

La camera da letto di livello medio ha anche il proprio bagno completo, letto matrimoniale e trapunte accoglienti con viste meravigliose.

Il Den si trova al piano inferiore ed è dotato di un divano, poltrona, TV / VCR / DVD, giochi e libri. C'è un bagno completo situato a questo livello, lavatrice, asciugatrice e un'altra camera da letto. Questa camera ha un letto matrimoniale e un letto a castello (due letti singoli).

Il garage è dotato di portasci e slitte. La piccola collina dietro la nostra casa è "perfetta" per i più piccoli: i "bambini" più grandi potrebbero voler guidare fino alla collina slittina situata nel Frisco Nordic Center. Don & Carol Elliott

Perfect Ski Trip

The place was great for our group, we all had privacy of our own bedroom and bathroom but able to spend time together in the kitchen/living room. Very close to a lot of different hills and was able to relax and the end of the day in the shared hot tub. Thank you for opening your home to us!

Ski trip

Our family stayed here for a Thanksgiving ski trip. This was the perfect location. We had most of our meals in and the kitchen was fully equipped. The bedrooms were the perfect size for our family.

Cozy Home

We enjoyed our stay at PapaBears. The house was well equipped and very homey. We received prompt replies from the owner with any questions we had. It snowed 6 of the 7 days we were there - someone came by early morning to shovel the stairs leading up to the house and the driveway was cleared by the time we returned from skiing. I highly recommend a stay at PapaBears!

Beautiful location, large space, great price

Overall the perfect location for a friend’s trip right in the center of the I70 ski resorts! Condo was clean and tidy with great amenities. There was even enough space for 3-4 vehicles in the garagedriveway. Could use a little updating with some of the outlets being loose but nothing that actually impacted our stay. Communication was easy and fast and the snack basket was a nice touch. Would return in a heartbeat.

Colorado stay

House fitted us perfect for our needs. We had 4 adults and 5 kids and didn’t feel cramped at all. Kids enjoyed all the bears. Nice large dining table! Kids loved the pool! Warmest pool ever! It was so nice and not crowded when we where there. Garage was nice to keep ski clothes in and had nice heaters to warm up wet clothes. Beds were comfy! Would definitely recommend this house!

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed Pappa Bears house. Plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed the large great room as we spent every evening in it playing guitars and talking about our ski day. I will definitely be looking to return here again.

Great place for family

Overall it was a great place. The kitchen was well stocked. Having a bedroom on each floor was wonderful for a large family. Great location, near hiking and biking trails. We did have some problems with maintenance. Two of the toilets had problems with water continuously running unless we went inside the tank. Also one of the outlets in master bedroom below window did not work. Also master bathroom light was flashing off and on. It was still a wonderful place for a family to stay. The owner was very helpful.

Mountain Retreat

We stayed for 10 days as a break from the Arizona summer heat. Papa Bear’s on a quiet residential street and is a clean, comfortable, lived in 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhouse that is generously stocked with everything you need — spices, condiments, detergents, paper towels and napkins, toiletries, SNACK BASKET, games, puzzles. The garage was handy to store our e-bikes. We loved the location which is walking distance to Main Street Frisco, the elementary school playground, hiking and biking trails.

Wonderful home away from home

PapaBears was the perfect getaway for our family. The layout of the home allowed for our son and friend to have the lower level to themselves to hang out at night. The home is situated in a quiet community with nice views. It is close to Frisco and less than 15 minutes from great ski areas. The kitchen is well-stocked. Our bed was comfortable and there was good water pressure. Don was very quick to respond and take action when there was an issue with the heating system. I would stay at PapaBears condo again.

Great location for a family ski trip

We enjoyed the short drive to Copper Mountain and the proximity to Dillon and Breckinridge. We used the clubhouse hot tubs multiple times during our stay and made use of the washer and dryer in the unit which was important to us.

Great Cozy Stay

Our family of 6 adults stayed a whole week. Everyone fit very comfortably. Very nice, great location. Owners responded immediately when we had questions. Would definitely recommend staying here. Great location!

Property is in a great location and is very clean and comfortable. Bed in the downstairs room should be changed out but was a minor issue. Overall we enjoyed or stay and would stay hear again in the future.

Great Experience

We had an excellent time here. There were enough bedrooms for us to spread out and were able to have a parent living room and a kid living room. We cooked dinners, grilled and were able to walk to downtown for breakfast, playgrounds, and trails. We all had a great time

Papabear Spring Getaway

Beautiful property in the heart of all the popular ski resorts and amazing hiking trails. Surrounded by enormous trees and amazing mountain views, PapaBears' is centrally located. We arrived to a very nice, handwritten welcome note by Don and Carol accompanied by trail mix and chocolate. All instructions for inside the home, amenities and local happenings were posted on the refrigerator. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to cook, just like home. We enjoyed the hot tub at the Club House which was a short drive (walking distance too). It is a great place to stay and enjoy with family and friends. I recommend taking your own pillows and sheets/bed spreads if you can pack it. The pillows weren't soft nor fluffy and the sheets and bedspreads had the smell of old fabric stored away for a long time. The chest of drawers in the bedroom all the way on the top floor is falling apart so I couldn't unpack completely. The bathrooms could use some updating. Also, if you have allergies like I do, beware there are stuffed bears decorating the top floor bedroom, not sure how much or how often they are dusted but I had to make sure to take an antihistamine every day for the sneezing to subside the first day we arrived and keep at bay the rest of our stay. Overall, our experience staying at PapaBears' was awesome!

Love PapaBears!

We were welcomed to this lovely home with a personal note and treats. It was very clean, spacious and all we had hoped for. There are several spices, etc available, and plentiful dishes and cooking implements. I can't say enough good things about PapaBears. Hopefully you like bears if you stay here, because there are many scattered about in the decoration. We enjoyed them! :-)

Perfect Location

We stayed at Papa Bear's for a generational family ski trip. It was a fantastic location: close to Frisco Adventure Park, Copper skiing, and Nordic skiing. The grandchildren had a great time in the clubhouse pool, playing in the snow and sledding at the Park. Thanks for being such wonderful hosts!

Very nice house!!

The home is what we were looking for in our price range. However all of the windows leaked cold air. Several of the plug covers are very loose and the outlets were loose as well.

Great stay

Clean property, great value, near several major ski areas. We used this as our base camp and could not have been more pleased. The hot tubs are central to the development, so you’ll most likely end up swapping ski stories with others from the area and get some great intel for planning your next day. Rooms were clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need. Would return.
