Great stay

The house is clean and comfortable. It is in a good location, close to many attractions. Monique was very welcoming and communicated well. Thank you for the stay!

The peoperty is dirty, the carpets are disgusting, the stairs are broken, the carpet is pulled up at the door jams creating a safety hazard, there were insects in the sink, and so much more. The was mild in the master bedroom, filthy rugs in the bathrooms, the AC filter was so clogged it was bending in and not even following air. The furniture is stained. The home is unsanitary and unsafe.

Great house

Property was fantastic. Great neighborhood, close to shops, restaurants and theme parks. Owner was great with info and always contactable. Next time we're local i will stay again.

Great property!

We were in SA for a shooting sports event. This house was an easy quick drive to the complex. Check in and out was quick and easy. The house was very clean and comfortable and Monique was great to communicate with!

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our stay. Several advertised amenities were either inaccurate or not working. The listing advertised a queen bed, but it was actually a full, forcing one couple to sleep separately. The microwave and dishwasher were also broken. I reported the dishwasher Saturday morning, but it was not addressed until Sunday, when maintenance was scheduled to come while we were away. The Wi-Fi would not connect to our phones, tablets, or laptops. We also had to contact the host for check-in information and were then given additional dog rules that were not listed when we booked, including crating the dog while away/sleeping and not allowing the dog to use the backyard. We specifically chose this property because of the advertised yard. The photos showed a trampoline and four patio chairs, but the trampoline was gone and there was only one chair. The listing also advertised toys and family-friendly games, but there were no toys and most games were adult drinking games. There was no accessible trash receptacle, and multiple wasp nests were around the house, including near the front door. The positives were a comfortable king bed, cute décor, good AC, and generally quick host responses. However, the property was not worth the price, and we would not stay here again.

Nice house. Inside dirty floors, tub, sinks, showers & master bedroom bedding, backyard grass in areas knee high weeds. Spent 2 hours cleaning after arrival. Downstairs tv not working, internet WiFi not working, only a 1:4 roll of paper towels & 1/4 roll off toilet paper for 3 bedrooms. Had to go out & purchasing toilet paper, paper towels & cleaning supplies for a property that should have been cleaned. Damage to furniture as well as damage from dogs on doors & carpet. Check in was @ 3:30 and I had to contact the house to get access to the house at 4:09 pm.

No false advertising here. Highly recommend.

The house is just as it’s listed—very clean, very spacious, and in a great neighborhood. When I had issues with TVs or anything else, Monique was quick to respond and help! I had to bring my dog with me last minute due to care falling through, and she was able to accommodate!

Overall we had a comfortable stay at this house. It is in a good location close to lots of restaurants and shops. It was clean and nicely decorated and the living room/kitchen have a good flow. I would have rated this at 5 stars but there were a few things that could be improved such as firesticks not working, mattresses are worn with indentations and toilets are too small. Also, there is no closet accessible in the master bedroom, a bit of an inconvenience. I would stay here again especially if these items are improved.

Great Value Stay!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was safe, and you will find many walking the neighborhood at night. This location is close to SeaWorld and other locations we were visiting. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep and be comfortable. There is a nice backyard with room for anyone that may bring pets. I always want to be comprehensive in reviews, so I will provide the negatives, although they were minor. The neighbor's dog will likely wake you up early in the morning with its barking if you stay in the master bedroom. I would also recommend the owner include some coffee k-pods for the renters to have coffee to use for the Keurig in the home. But, there is a Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks located within a few miles of the home. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would rent here again.

Micro wave light does not work 3 bath towels in the house and no washcloth No paper towels or napkins Dead batteries for all TV remotes Door damage in the half bathroom Dog poop left behind by previous guest no effort on the host to come and clean up House was not clean Broken coffee pot Keurig has mold Backyard lights do not work Closet is locked in the master bedroom leaving the master bedroom has NO closet space No hand soap in the kitchen or bathrooms The neighbors dog behind the house barks all night every night Towels and washcloths left in the dryer by the cleaning service Washing machine is rusted out
