Completely rehabbed 3 bedroom 2 bathroom high end, 2nd floor condo in a historic greystone, 5 minutes walk to Wrigley Field. And only 2 minutes walk to Clark or Halsted Streets. New open back porch for your enjoyment. Parking included.

unit amenities : 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen, living room fireplace, washer and dryer in the unit.

For the safety and security of our guests we installed the security cameras outside the building. They are aimed at parking, front and rear building entry doors and outside passage. None are inside the apartments or in the spots where they would interfere with guests' privacy.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Lakeview condo! The space was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location couldn’t have been better—steps from great restaurants, shops, and public transportation, but still felt quiet and relaxing. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, which made the whole experience even better. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

As other guests have commented, this property is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Three couples had no problem sharing the two bathrooms because they weren't "en suite." We loved the decorating touches, especially the seasonal glass pumpkins. We also loved the crystal wine glasses, which we put to good use. And Peter is very easy to deal with.

Fantastic Experience!

The condo is exactly as advertised and communication with the host was great! The location can't be beat. Close access to the Red and Brown line trains, and buses make it so easy to get around.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and spacious, free parking was a major plus for Chicago. The location made it easy to wake up and walk to a coffee shop nearby. Only complaint is that we could hear the people above us and they were a little loud, but otherwise great!

Great place to stay for our family get together! We came from a few different states and chose to rent two units so we could all be together. Very clean, comfy, and well stocked! Great neighborhood and close to so many places! We went to a few Cubs games as well! Awesome communication with the host. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

Loved the property. High end appliances, plush towels, clean, completely updated with a double parking spot in Chicago!?! Absolutely would stay here again. Communication with owner was prompt and courteous. Extremely happy with this stay.

Baseball Birthday trip

Myself and 2 friends stayed here for a birthday trip to visit Chicago and see the Cubs play. This location was perfect - just a couple of blocks from the stadium - but still had a quiet neighborhood feel. We got all the benefits of a shared space with the amenities of a hotel. There was even a spare toothbrush! The L was also nearby to get you to downtown without needing to drive, but having the onsite parking was very handy. Overall, Peter was very helpful and responded quickly to my questions. I can’t recommend this place enough. You won’t regret staying here!

WOW!

Everything from communication prior to booking to check out was amazing. We visited for our daughters wedding and wanted accommodations for two family's and this was perfect in every way. The house is clean and well stocked with all the kitchen gear you would need. Thank you for the coffee, water and beer. It was a nice way to relax after a long day traveling. We will be back!

Wonderful Stay!

Our extended family rented the whole building of Wrigleyville Inn while we were in Chicago for our nephew's wedding. This included Units 1-3 & the Garden Unit. This is a BEAUTIFUL building in a great neighborhood with fun bars, restaurants, etc. within walking distance. Our host Peter was so accommodating, including giving us street parking passes along with the 6 spaces behind the building. Each unit is tastefully done and provided with top of the line amenities. Best of all there was even beer, water & other drinks in the frig. We very highly recommend this property and hope to stay again when we are in Chicago.
