We love staying at the cozy cabin in Rusk. It as everything we need plus a beautiful view of the Pine trees across the lake. Mark and Angela are the best!

Awesome place

Definitely a cool, secluded, quiet little cabin. The people were super friendly. The golf course is nice. I would definitely recommend it and I will be staying there again in the future.

Cabin on the golf

After 24 years together, its nice to get away to someplace cozy and sweet. This cabin was just that! We really enjoyed ourselves.

Great property on the golf course by the small lake pond. It’s very small but for one or two people it’s okay, it’s perfect for what it is.

Perfect space for one or two in our case. Stayed here before and therefore we had to come back. Cute and cozy space, Clean everything from kitchen to bath. Linens smelled great. Due to a personal issue we had the wonderful host worked with us greatly. We couldn't arrive on the dates we chosen last minute and they understood and worked with us. We came in to announce our engagement to my now finance's family. We will definitely be back. Thank you guys so so much.

Perfect for a quick weekend get away

The cabin was just what we were looking for. Rusk, Tx is about 3 hours away and we were looking for some quiet relaxed time. We also lucked out with the weather, July in Texas is often brutal, but we enjoyed low 80s and partly cloudy skies.

The cabin was cozy uncomfortable. Everything we needed was provided the Piney Woods outside. Our door and the lake were just beautiful. We will definitely go back as soon as we can.

This little cabin was perfect for our one night stay in Rusk. Beautiful property. Wonderful and friendly hosts. Two Yummy cupcakes were waiting for us when we got there. Loved it all

Cabin on golf course

Spent 2 nights in this cute little cabin. The view was beautiful. Overlooks the golf course & town lake. The trees are gorgeous. Small cabin, has everything you need. Easy access to Rusk.

Nice Quaint Cabin

Nice little cabin to stay in while our son was playing baseball in Rusk. Great location as it relates to town. From the listing I thought it was a little more secluded instead of right at the parking lot of the golf course. Check in was seamless and overall great stay for the price. Would stay again over any hotel if in Rusk.

Getaway Cabin in Rusk

This was the perfect rental for us. Great bed, shower, sink, and kitchen. An added bonus for us was the large patio deck to overlook the lake. It has a firepit and grill if you need it. Owners are very responsive to anything you need. We will definitely stay again.

Cozy for sure!

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary here and it was fantastic. With the cozy wood burning fireplace. Anything we needed was close by. Mark and Angela were incredible host. Thank you!

Relax to the max

My wife and I agree that this was a great "get away from it" cabin. While a short distance from Rusk, you would never know it. The cabin, the owners, and location made this an awesome vacation for us! Would do it again!

Visit Family

Very sweet cozy place for one or two. Came up as a suggestion when looking for a hotel room. With my husband being from town, he knew the area well. Very quiet and quaint. Easy to speak with Host.

Quaint Little Cottage/Cabin...

My wife and I stayed the weekend here to get away from the hustle and bustle of life for her birthday. It was perfect and very relaxing. While sitting in the rocking chairs on the porch we enjoyed the view with the local chickens, goats, ducks and rooster. We made a fire in the firepit and enjoyed the cool night breeze. Enjoyed the stay and recommend it to anyone looking for a cute and relaxing getaway.

Great escape!

This cozy cabin was an awesome retreat from the city. We really enjoyed grilling out and sitting by the fire pit. Mark and Angela could not have been kinder hosts!! Beautiful natural light, so if you are not a morning person, bring a sleep mask. The bed is very comfortable. Great deck to enjoy the morning too!
