Our group of six had an amazing time, the condo was perfect, hosts were extremely responsive, the resort was clean, beach access was so simple! If you want to level up on your next trip to Sandy Beach, stop scrolling and book here!!!

Best place yet

Property was beautiful, and very clean. Manager was very polite and made the check in/out process very smooth. I’d book this place every time.

Relaxing and beautiful place

Sarinas place is beautiful. It has everything you need for a nice family vacation. The pool was relaxing and having the beach right outside was also very nice. I would definitely recommend this amazing penthouse

Very Beautiful views!! Host was very responsive and helpful. My family really enjoyed our time here.Wish we would have known that the gym was not included but oh well that is the only little thing that was a bummer, but we took it as a sign that we shouldn’t work out on vacation.Would def stay here again.

I have been traveling to Rocky Point for over 20 years. This is the nicest condo and resort on Sandy Beach. When the final phase is complete and the remaining pool area is built out, I have no doubt this will be the best place to stay. The condo was huge, beautiful, clean, and hosts were prompt communicators. Will be staying here again. My only negatives: elevator was out of service for the week we were there, the restaurant (Diego’s), like many restaurants, is too Americanized and a bit expensive. No real traditional Mexican food. Otherwise, the staff were all amazing and the family cannot wait to go back!

Awesome view

We stayed for the weekend of July 4th. The penthouse is exactly as it shows. It was clean and the view was awesome. Communication with the owner was easy. A little issue with one of the bathrooms but did not impact our stay. Also one of the elevators broke down but got fixed within a day. Overall great stay.

First off the host was fantastic. Communication was on point. The condo was as described. It was clean, and spacious. Unfortunately we were not able to use the top bunk since there were no security bars. However the condo was spacious enough to accommodate everyone. We loved the easy access to the beach. Great swimming pools. The children loved the lazy river. The view from the condo was great. All the employees were kind and quick to help with anything. The banana boat and vendors were still accessible. They have a coffee shop on site. We had a wonderful experience at Esmeralda.
