Short walk to Razorback stadium and plenty of space for 8 guest! Would definitely recommend staying here again if I’m back in town.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean and perfect for a group of 6 adults. Communication with the host was great. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here. The property was very clean and well furnished, with nice details. The deck was a great place for morning coffee and our dog loved the big back yard, with a lot of interesting smells! Another great feature was its location, close to restaurants and shops around the university, but also very convenient to Interstate 49. We would definitely stay here again!

I was down to visit our son who is a student at UArk and had taken our dogs with me. The yard was great for the dog and enjoying some time outside on the deck. The location was great - close to UArk and other activities.

Communication with the host was as good as could be, and the house was perfect for a gameday weekend. It is in a great location, and it is walkable to the stadium. Overall, we could not be more pleased, and we will be staying here again next time MSU comes up to Fayetteville!

We enjoyed our stay! The location was ideal, the home was clean and had everything we needed. Communication was excellent! Would absolutely recommend!

This place is amazing, even better than the pictures! The yard is huge, our daschund loved it. We housed 8 people easily and had everything we needed. The rate for a week was a fabulous deal. The walking trails nearby and the proximity to downtown Fayetteville made this such a perfect place for us. The property management company was very responsive as well. We would book this place again in a heartbeat!
