Great Place to Stay

The property was very clean and nice. It was close to the beach and several good restaurants that you could walk to. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome place

Visited la with a few buddies, for a friend's birthday; and the place was great. Safe ,great location, by the beach, with many restaurants and bars nearby. Host was great!

Really comfy, cozy place. Location couldn’t be better if you enjoy Venice Beach. Our family had a great time staying at this condo.

Great place - tons of space and best location! Only thing we wish we knew was that there is no elevator and one bedroom is a loft/not a true bedroom. Otherwise it’s perfect!

While we are unable to stay at the property due to some issues that needed to be addressed, the host was very responsive and very easy to work with and refunded our money right away. He also addressed the issues immediately and tried to help offer alternative accommodations. We appreciated his cooperation immensely.

The location is fantastic for families and group couples. Venice Pier is in close proximity with lots of dinner/drinking options. The unit is spacious and the 2-car garage a bonus. Street parking available for more cars. The rooftop is awesome with a small ocean view. Everything was as stated. Had a great time from children to adults!

Overall it was a great place. I would recommend hiring a new cleaning company. Great location close to bars/restaurants and the ocean.

Great Location

Located about 5 minutes walk from the beach. Nice size garage (parks 2), which is unusual. Beds were good, kitchen table perfect size for 6 of us to play cards.

Great location

We had 4 couples. Great location and super easy check in/out. Comfy beds. Pictures of the rooftop deck were misleading as very little worked up there.

We had a large group and wanted a place where we could all stay together close to Venice beach. This was ideal for us, since we could walk to the beach and up to Abbot Kinney for food and shopping. There is also a liquor store and pizza place and other restaurants a short walk away. The rooms and living area are spacious and clean and comfortable to hang out in. After being out most of the day, it was nice to have a place to order in and hang out in the evenings.

Everything was really nice. No AC and fans not working. Hot tub on roof not usable. But a real nice location close to everything. Would stay again.

Great Location

Very close to the beach and restaurants. We walked everywhere. The property was very clean and we had plenty of space for our family of 5 adults. The one suggestion I would have is to add ceilings in each room and screens on the windows. Since there is no a/c the fans would help with moving the air around. We enjoyed our stay!

Great stay for large groups

Our group felt right at home, in their own private rooms and a space large enough for family gathering. Justin responded immediately to all our needs. His team acted quickly with extra towels, hairdryers and extra kitchen supplies. Condo is only a 5 minute walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and bars. Perfect for our group! Would book again, even with lots of steps to the third floor unit. No need for a gym for your cardio workout.

Dream

The apartment met the description and our expectations. We stayed there with 4 adults and 2 children and had plenty of space and comfort. The rooms are modern and bright. We liked the living area best. The landlord is very friendly, easy to contact and he responds immediately. The area is quiet and the beach is not far away. We felt very comfortable and would gladly rent the apartment again if we were traveling with the family again.
