Beach N Place è il posto dove dare il via alle tue infradito e rilassarti sulla spiaggia sabbiosa del Mare di Cortez a Puerto Penasco, in Messico, noto anche come Rocky Point. Cortez 1006 è un condominio di 1632 piedi quadrati con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni situato al 10 ° piano nella Fase II della comunità di golf sul mare di Las Palomas. Abbiamo recentemente aggiunto una camera a castello con letti a castello singoli ciascuno con la propria TV a parete! Il condominio ha un patio di 430 piedi quadrati di grandi dimensioni con 40 piedi di facciata e una vista mozzafiato sul Mare di Cortez, che domina l'area comune con un fiume pigro, Jacuzzi e piscina a sfioro con bar sull'acqua. Nuovo barbecue elettrico incorporato e posti a sedere nel bar sul patio!

Il condominio è decorato con mobili moderni di Z Gallerie. Il soggiorno ha una TV LCD da 50 'montata a parete e un sistema audio surround definitivo per i DVD. Le camere dispongono di TV a parete e sveglia per docking station per iPod. La cucina è completamente attrezzata per accogliere qualsiasi pasto che si sceglie di preparare. Tuttavia, potresti provare il Las Palomas 4 Diamond Restaurant Citron o una cena informale a bordo piscina / bar sull'acqua.
La camera a castello dispone di letti a castello su misura con abbastanza spazio per la testa per un adulto di sedersi nel letto. Ogni cuccetta ha la sua TV LCD!

My family and I had the best time at this property! The view was gorgeous, we had everything we needed, it was very clean and well-maintained. We didn’t even leave the resort because my family and I had the best time at the pool and the beach. Brock was an awesome host and we can’t wait to visit again!

Great condo! Enjoyed our stay and would go again!

Took our family here, it was a wonderful condo. Had everything we needed. Great view of the ocean, located near the elevators which is helpful with all the beach items we wanted to take down! Close to everything and the owner was very responsive. Easy check, will most likely be booking again!

Location and View were perfect! The condo was clean and well maintained. The owner was super responsive! Loved the convenience of having a BBQ grill out on the patio. Definitely recommend this condo!

The condo is beautiful with a gorgeous view. It's stocked with everything we could need and very clean. Would absolutely stay here again.

My husband and I took our two teens and their friends on a Rocky Point vacation. The unit was clean and modern and had a great view of the pool and the beach.We were all happy and comfortable on the stay. Brock was super helpful and responsive to our needs. We would stay here again!

It is beautifully decorated, clean, and has updated fixtures. Great view of the beach. Front desk was very helpful. We will definitely book this condo again.

Amazing Stay

This property is beautiful and more than we expected from the listing. Very clean, spacious, and well cared for. The bunk beds for teenagers were awesome my kids loved them. We will look for this again on the next trip.

Our stay was glorious, Brock answered all our questions very quickly..The patio was amazing nice furniture and views to enjoy..We wish we’d known about the daily activities the resort offered and the beds were extremely firm, otherwise this condo and resort were great!

Amazing

This was our millionth time in rocky point but 1st time at any resort , and it was amazing !! It was beyond out expectations and the view was amazing!!amenities was great everything was accessible and workers were great and friendly definitely staying here again! Can't wait to come back !

Best condo in phase 2

High end designed condo with everything needed for a relaxing beach vacation from comfortable bedding to z gallerie dishes. The bunk bed room was a genius addition and optimal with teenagers. It was bigger than the photos. It also came with much appreciated umbrella and beach chairs. The patio bar and grill area was perfect for our night in. Loved our stay and will definitely be back to this condo. Exceeded our expectations.

Family stay on the 10th floor

We frequently go to Las Palomas and stay in a ground floor unit, this was our first time in an upper floor. It was very easy getting to the pool/ocean, the deck stayed nice and shaded all day, and the view was amazing. Oh! This one has a small electric grill on the patio.

Great place to spend the 4th

We spent the 4th of July at this property! It was spacious and very comfortable for our party of 6…including 4 teenagers! The view from the balcony for the fireworks/ocean was absolutely fabulous! Loved the outdoor bar and seating area, too! We only had a minor housekeeping issue during our stay! Once I notified Brock, he was very attentive and expeditiously had the problem remedied! We would definitely recommend this place and plan to return in the future! Thanks again!

Great place to stay.

We have stayed at several condos in Las Palomas. This one had more then we needed. We cook every time we go and it was so nice to finally find one that had more pans then we needed. If I had to come up with one negative it was we couldn’t find any scissors 🤣 which was not such a bad thing we found some great knifes. Our kids 20 and 10 said this is the best condo we have stayed at in the 10 years we have been going down there. We will definitely rent this condo again.

Great property and convenient location

Overall great condo and owner. We stayed for a quick trip but loved the location of this property and the condo specifically. Beautiful views of the ocean. Great beach setup for guests. Easy to get pool chairs. Easy comfortable setup of condo. Only small feedback is better pillows would be great but that is minor. If you’re driving you may want to bring your own. We would love to rent from Brock again and bring the kids next time. :)

Unfortunately, I think the maids take them out and move them around to different condos so it's an aspect of renting that we don't have a lot of control over.
