One of the best VRBO’s we’ve stayed at and we’ve stayed in our fair share of them. The guest house is just lovely, lots of attention to detail. The yard is beautiful and we really enjoyed our coffee and wine sitting on the patio. Great location and wonderful accommodations!

Wonderful stay during Monterey Jazzfest! Property was just as described. I’m sure even prettier during blooming season. Cottage/Guest House was charming; very tidy with enough space for two to enjoy a get away in the valley. Loved the special touches that made our stay more comfortable from the large tub and the relaxing, exquisite shower (multiple heads) to the comfortable robes! Small but quaint would be my choice of words to describe this property. However the outdoor space was very spacious to include plenty of deck space, hot tub and pool if one desired to use. Last but not least, Jae and Josh could not have been more accommodating!

The property was lovely, and exactly as described. We were warmly greeted and made to feel comfortable wandering around outside, taking advantage of the extensive facilities. Everything inside was clean, useful, decorated with care, and absolutely perfect for an escape in the Carmel Valley.

Jae and Bob, the hosts are the best . The guest house is just perfect. Overall our stay could not have been better. We were made to feel very welcome in the beautiful and well equipped accommodation. Access to a pool, hot tub and sun terrace/decking in lovely gardens was just the icing on the cake. Great location close to Carmel and Monterey.

We absolutely loved our stay. Wonderful hosts; attentive, discreet, and friendly. Everything was as detailed in the apartment. Exceptionally clean, tidy, and lovely. All one would want for kitchen use, beautiful comfy bedroom and living area. The grounds, hot tub and pétanque court were à bonus we enjoyed every evening. 10 minutes from downtown Carmel and super access to Big Sur hiking spots. We’ll be back!

Nice guest house on a large property. There is some road noise but not bad. Generally a peaceful country setting. Very clean and updated unit with nice and accommodating owners. Near a large regional park for hiking.

What a wonderful place to stay! We spent two nights here, and everything was perfect. This was a last-minute decision to spend the weekend in Carmel Valley, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice - or luckier that it was available!The location is ideal. During the day, we enjoyed hiking at Garland Ranch Regional Park (just minutes away) and Point Lobos State Natural Reserve (about 20 miles away). In the evenings, we had dinner at Café Rustica in Carmel Valley and Roy's at Pebble Beach, both of which were an easy drive from the property.The home is beautifully appointed, with what appears to be a newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom featuring gorgeous finishes. Although the hosts live on the property, the rental feels completely private and peaceful.The grounds are absolutely stunning - even more beautiful than the photos suggest. And if you're lucky, you'll get to meet their sweet dog, who may come out to welcome you!We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing Carmel Valley getaway.

Amazing stay! The room was spotless, the kitchen well-equipped, and Jae and Bob, the hosts, were so welcoming. Loved the beautiful, private yard and the relaxing hot tub which was perfect for unwinding. Highly recommend

Bob’s guest house is great. It’s well appointed and had everything we could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean and the grounds are lovely. The bed is remarkably comfortable and the shower is amazing. It’s a lovely place. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is spacious and peaceful. The guest house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It’s in a great location off of Carmel Vally road close to the village and wine tasting. We hope to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay and everything was terrific. The layout of the space was perfect and was everything was the best it could be. The shower even had seven nozzles! The hosts were extremely attentive and answered very quickly to any questions we had. This place is fantastic! You should definitely stay here and we will be back for sure.
