We’re truly sorry to hear that your stay did not meet expectations, especially after booking and planning so far in advance. The experience you described with the pool and hot tub is not the level of service we strive to provide for our guests. As noted in our pool heat reminder, the pool heating system can take up to 48 hours to reach its maximum temperature once activated, and it was turned on on your arrival date, as pool heating begins on the first paid day of the reservation. We also sincerely apologize for the maintenance and cleanliness concerns you encountered during your stay. Guest safety, comfort, and cleanliness are very important to us, and the issues reported were addressed accordingly by our team. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the experience for future guests.
