Marleen is a great host and always quick to respond to any questions. The house has tons of room and convenient to everything. We visited Ark Encounter/Creation Museum/and Cincinnati. Each place was only 25-30 minutes away and out of the city. There are grocery stores and restaurants right down the road. We recommend First Watch! We would definitely recommend this place to stay! Thanks again! Landis Family.

If going to Ark and Creation this Farmhouse is the perfect location, half way between both. If not it is still a terrific place to stay just two miles from Town of Independence. The host, Marlene Smothers made our stay really terrific.
