Everything was in order. I recommend 100 %. Close to the beaches and restaurant. The best Ocean front view. Security 24 hours. Friendly and excellent security personnel. Host friendly . Excellent communication. Place is secure. Swimming pool.

Suite with a perfect view

We really enjoyed our stay. The view of the ocean is perfect and the host is very responsive with questions. It's in a quiet, more neighborhood area of Fjardo and right down the road (walkable) is a park with many local restaurants.

Lorraine’s place was immaculate. This little town is great. We had a few water activities planned and the location was perfect. Great local restaurants and all around good vibes!

Perfect for our needs. Host was excellent to work with and flexible to extend our stay. Accommodations were better than the villas at the El Conquistador.

The room is clean and neat, the host is very nice. and most importantly it is safe. AND! Great ocean views! Definitely recommend this place.

Great Location

First, Lorraine was great at keeping in contact before getting there. The actual condo itself is in a great location and the view was spectacular! The actual amenities were okay; there were a few updates that needed to be done and I wish there was a more homey feel (such as soap, Kleenex, cooking necessities to use). Overall, it was a pleasant stay, condo neighbors are friendly and would recommend to others.

Relaxing with a wonderful view

Communication with the property management, Lorraine, was excellent! The check-in process was easy...just drive into the parking garage and the security attendant guides you to where to park as well as the elevator. The laundry is located on the entrance end of the parking garage.The condo is walkable to many good restaurants and the beach area.Although the beach areas were mostly rocky in front of the condo, there was a more beachy area just a short walk away. And a couple of bag chairs were provided in the condo so you could use them on the beach. Overall a comfortable and clean place to stay when visiting Fajardo, and we would recommend it to others.

CONSTRUCTION NOISE

2025 this building is under construction or renovation and Monday through Friday there is destruction and construction noise. 7:30am a guy with a hammer 4 doors down pounding on cement. Nothing special about this one. Not easy to find. The address left us a couple blocks down the road. CAUTION to protect yourself and make sure to take pictures or video upon entry and exit. Your word that YOU DID NOT BREAK something won’t be good enough and you will be charged even if someone broke something after you left.

Regarding the damage charge, we want to clarify that in over 15 years of hosting, this was the first time we’ve had to apply such a fee. Our housekeeping team carefully inspects each apartment immediately after check-out and records the condition with a video for full transparency. We shared this footage with you to ensure there was no misunderstanding. We genuinely regret that this situation occurred, but we must maintain our policy to keep the space in good condition for all guests. Stunning View

Overall i did not give a 5 because i feel their should be more than one set of keys. So that guess can do different things and not be stock because the other person has the key. Also the apartment has no washer and drier inside. You have to go up and down, when i realize it was told it migth not work. We had to put all dirty clothes with clean clothes. If you dont care for clothes watching then it was an amazing experience. Loraine was great. Loved the quiet clean pool abd like i said before the view is worthed every penny

Unfortunately, the city of Fajardo experienced a water shortage which affected the operation of the laundry room in the basement. However, our apartment had water available from our reservoir tanks for your use. Regarding the keys, our policy allows for one set per guest for security reasons. We understand that this may be challenging at times, and we appreciate your understanding. Additionally, guests can conveniently access the basement laundry room using the elevator despite the city's water supply issues. We are committed to ensuring our guests have a comfortable stay and value your feedback.

Absolutely loved location and Condo was nice and clean. We were not able to use the condo for 24 hrs had to book somewhere else due to power outage. Out of host control. Was disappointed as well because laundry facilities ( both dryers out of order). All in all I did enjoy the condo.
