We're sorry the couches, missing amenities, bedding and door access fell short. Since your stay we have added shower soap, wine glasses, guest-house mugs and extra towels and have updated cleaning and linen inspection. The front keypad has been replaced with a more simplified process. We appreciate you helping us improve and would welcome the chance to host you again. – Andrew & Jocelyn

For property access, we use a secure app-based system to provide a seamless and keyless entry experience. However, we absolutely understand that not all guests are comfortable with this, and we’re always happy to provide alternative access options—as we did in your case—to ensure everyone feels at ease. In terms of the exterior cameras, these are in place strictly for safety and security purposes, and they are positioned to monitor the exterior of the property only. We take guest privacy very seriously and do not monitor or record any interior spaces. That said, we appreciate your perspective and will review how we communicate camera placement to ensure full transparency and comfort for our guests.
