Condo was fabulous! Hosts were great! They had everything we needed to go the beach, including beach umbrellas and chairs, a wagon, and a frisbee,and even a football! The condo was well stocked with necessities for the kitchen. We had no problems at all! Our whole group enjoyed the stay! The beach was beautiful, the surroundings were awesome! We grilled out at the provided grills, which were very convenient to the room. We loved the pool and hot tub! There was plenty of seating and shade when needed. Bathrooms by the pool were nice! We found the prettiest shells at the beach. We highly recommended this condo if you want to feel comfortable and have a nice and clean place! Thank you for an amazing place to stay! We loved it!!

It was delightful. It is a very nice condo and pleasingly decorated in beach decor. Owner is very responsive to any concerns. The whole complex is very nice and well maintained.

We enjoyed our stay with the exception of the dishwasher malfunctioning twice during our stay. We ended up washing dishes by hand the last few days. The property was nice otherwise and we enjoyed our stay.Communication with the host was good as we notified them of the dishwasher issues. The property was stocked nicely with the things we needed for the week. We have stayed at Point Santo before and have enjoyed the location being mid island.

We are very disappointed that this guest gave us a four star rating (= 8) , the first time we have not gotten a 10 rating. If you read the review, the guest had a great stay, and we did everything possible to address the dishwasher issue. It was in fact working for most of his stay, and our cleaners found it working perfectly when they cleaned the house after their stay. We are very proud of the quality we work hard to provide for our guests, and though, in any place, unavoidable issues do arise from time to time, we do everything we can to immediately resolve the issue We feel that was an unduly harsh review in light of the guest's experience that we provided.

Great place

The property is great, the area is great (except for those pesky Sanibel mosquitoes), and Robert and Kassie were incredibly responsibe despute being on a vacation of their own.

Beautiful property on perfect location. Home fully stocked with everything needed to cook and enjoy. Lots of stocked essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish and laundry pods etc. we had a wonderful stay with our 3 kids and plan to return!

Newly redesigned and all the amenities were great. Lots of dishes, pots, pans and spices. Plenty of towels and starter supplies. A short walk to the beach and pool. They have an extra closet of supplies for the beach that was a nice bonus.Would stay again!

Awesome property

I have stayed in several condos on Sanibel Island and this condo was probably the best stocked with supplies so that we didn't have to run out immediately to the store. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, silverware, cooking utensils and small appliances. The view of the gulf was amazing. I have stayed at Pointe Santo previously and it is well on its way to being as beautiful as it was prior to Hurricane Ian (2022). Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed our time at Pointe Santo so much! The 3 bedrooms were perfect for our family of 6. We drank coffee on the lanai every morning overlooking the beautiful view and the condo was well stocked with everything we needed. We had an amazing time riding bikes and shelling on the beach. We are already looking forward to going back!

Very nice condo

We enjoyed our stay, nice clean property. Had all the essentials. We would stay there again. Only recommendation would be to replace twin mattresses, they were lumpy.

Family get together in Sanibel

We had a great time in Sanibel at the condo. Priced below our other family members condos snd was much nicer. The condo had all we needed and good amount of beach chairs umbrellas and other items for a all included stay at the beach. I would come back again!

Wonderful winter getaway

My husband and I enjoyed our escape from winter here! The owners were quick to communicate with us about the check in process. The condo was very well stocked with kitchen items and beach supplies. We loved being on the bottom floor with quick access to the beach. The location was amazing. Loved being within biking distance to everything!

Spring Break

Great communication with property/unit ownership. Condo is completed updated and clean with many conveniences. Nice to be on the main floor. Huge master suite and kitchen. Parking was easy to get in and out. Close to restaurants. Beach was not crowded. Tennis and pickleball courts were very nice. We hope to be back soon.

Wonderful week!

We had everything we needed prior to our visit and while we were in Sanibel. The condo was clean and well appointed. We loved the location (first floor and view of lake and horizon) and the wildlife in the property! We played on the beach, at the pool, on the pickle ball courts, took lots of bike rides, and had a fantastic week!

Great getaway on Sanibel

Our family of 4 needed a quick getaway from the cold. Pointe Santo was a great location on the beach. It was conveniently located near all our planned activities like paddle boarding, fishing and a dolphin excursion. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen supplies. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas! The ground floor location made for easy access to the beach and pool. The owners quickly responded to all our questions and provided many suggestions for places to eat.
