We had a fantastic week in Dewey Beach! The inside of the house was clean and comfortable. The layout worked perfectly for our family. The location of the house was fantastic, super close to the beach. We could easily walk back and forth to use the bathroom or grab snacks. There were many families staying in the townhomes and my kids loved making friends with the neighbors. Communication with the host was excellent. She provided all information we needed in advance and checked in to ensure everything was as we expected.

Perfect townhouse for a perfect vacation!Look no further than this house for a beach getaway. The location is just about the best you can get at this price-an ocean view from the decks, walking distance to shops and coffee and steps from the beach. While there is action on the Main Street at night, it is relatively quiet in the off street location. The house was clean, nicely appointed and updated with a well stocked kitchen. There are even beach supplies available. The host is very attentive, and will respond immediately should there be a problem. The check in and out was flawless, and the keypad entry makes life easy. 2 parking spots are on property, so coming and going are not an issue in a town where parking is at a premium. We had a wonderful week and would not hesitate recommending this property.

Fantastic Beach GetawayWe had a wonderful stay at this townhouse! The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach and close to everything you might need. Communication with the host was super easy and smooth. We felt right at home and are already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend!

This house was exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked and the location was perfect!

The owner was very responsive and quickly answered any questions we had. This was a great property and easy to rent.

Clean and steps from beach!

We had a wonderful stay. It was spacious and clean. The owner was very responsive. Steps away from The beach and a quick drive into Rehoboth. Great location.

up dated and convenient

We loved how central this townhome was to all the fun things to do in Dewey Beach! And steps away from the beach made it so convenient!

Great property location right next to the beach. Easy check in with door code so there was no need to pick up/drop of keys like many other properties in Dewey. This makes check in/check out super convenient. The house was exactly as described and fit our needs perfectly. The host was great with communication as well.

So close to the beach

Can’t beat the location. The property had everything we needed. It was a comfortable space for our family of 9. The ocean view balconies are priceless!

Family Beach Trip

The house and Yvette are both great. She is very easy to work with. The house is very close to the beach and kept nicely. The location made it super easy to go back and eat lunch or put the kids down for a nap. We loved our trip!

Great Place!

We've been coming to Dewey for over 20 years and always stayed in the same place. This unit was in the same complex and we loved it! It has a great kitchen (was missing an ice maker though). We will definitely rent it again. Thanks!

Return visit to lovely Dewey Beach home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this well maintained and very comfortable house again this year. The listing description is accurate regarding the layout of the house, which is more than enough space for six of us, and its location is just a short walk to the beach. The owner is very accommodating and obviously wants us to enjoy our vacation. There are many good restaurants nearby and the ice cream at Vanderwende's is delicious. We plan to go back next year.

Awesome place to stay!

My partner and I stayed here a bit after the off season. The house was perfect! The pictures and description do not even do it justice. It is beautifully decorated, spacious, clean and comfortable. We had coffee on the deck in the mornings – the ocean view is beautiful. It is a great location, just a short walk to the beach and only a few minutes to the restaurants. The kitchen and dining area is large enough to accommodate two families easily. I would recommend this home to anyone!!

Centrally located Beachhouse

His townhouse is centrally located to the beach on one side and restaurants and shops on the other side. It actually felt a little bigger/nicer than the photos showed. I would like to deduct 1 star for only having a queen bed in the master instead of a King. But I don't want to take away from their business.

Spacious townhouse at convenient yet quiet location

Like other reviewers pointed out, the location of the house is close to the beach and many restaurants within walking distance yet it feels tucked away and very quiet at night. We had four adults and three kids and there is plenty of space for everyone. The master suite on the top floor has very nice view of the ocean and a spacious bathroom. The two older kids shared the other bedroom on the top floor and loved having their own bathroom. The bottom two bedrooms both have queen size beds and shared a nice-sized bathroom in the hallway. All the bathrooms have updated counters/fixtures. On the main floor is kitchen/dining/family room area. We cooked a few meals here and there is plenty of room for all the adults to move around and cook together. Some of the cookware is pretty scratched up and probably needs to be replaced soon but we made it work. The dining chairs also needed a bit of deep cleaning to get some of the built-up grime off but not a big deal. Plenty of glassware and plates are available for everyone. Kitchen is updated with granite counter and stainless steel appliances which is another reason why I chose this location. We also loved that each bedroom has access to various sized decks. Although the only two decks with good views are the master suite deck and the main floor deck and that's plenty deck space. It was nice to have coffee in the morning and drinks at night out on the decks listening to the ocean waves. The outdoor shower has a handheld shower head which makes cleaning easy. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thanks Yvette for keeping the place in great shape all the helpful information!
