Convenient location, comfy

Very convenient to access all parts of the city, very centralized. Perfect for a group of friends who need a home base to explore the city

Sightseeing Chicago

This was the perfect place for us to call home to during our week in Chicago. Great food in walking distance and the L train is also in walking distance. Would stay here again.

Overall Nice Stay and Neighborhood

Dan is a great host. Overall stay was excellent. On street parking, flat is accurate as advertised. Will stay again.

Great place for a weekend trip with friends!

Little snug for 8 people, but was a great stay! Clean, cozy, and a good location - close enough to the city center but far enough away to feel a bit more homey. Thanks!

The place is fine, the communication is not

Truly awful communication from the company that owns this property. I kept getting conflicting information about the check in process from whoever was in charge of monitoring their text messages at the time (they would not allow me to call so they could keep a “record” of everything that was said.) they would intermittently just stop responding, as my 6 friends and I were waiting to find out when we could check in. When I kept asking for clarification they just stopped answering me eventually! Super unprofessional, frustrating and made my stay so stressful. The place was fine. Incredibly noisy with upstairs neighbors walking around.

The reason we were unable to accommodate your request is because you confirmed you wanted to do an early check-in on the day of your arrival. Unfortunately, we were unable to move forward with this request because our cleaners need to be given enough notice to make sure that they clean the unit in time for your arrival. We send out our check-in instructions 1 hour prior to arrival (as long as all information needed prior to check-in is completed). If there are any questions about this or anything regarding the unit, we have an amazing team that is available 24/7 to answer any questions. Future guests: WE DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS GUEST'S REVIEW.
