New and Wonderfully Equipped Comfy Cottage - 9 Miles from West Glacier

Our family is excited to offer Sugar Hill Cottage, a newly built & renovated 300 square foot tiny house located on Sugar Hill of Martin City's famous bar stool races. The ideal spot to act as your base camp while exploring Glacier and the Flathead Valley, we seek to provide the cleanest and most well thought out spot for our guests.
This adorable house includes a queen bedroom, kitchen, living room, and bathroom w/shower at an amazing price! Owned, managed, and cleaned by us, we do not have any hidden or added cleaning fees, only the cost of the room plus charges from VRBO.

The house is centered on 0.6 acres, one of three buildings on a small shared driveway. The neighbors behind the property keep chickens (no roosters) and neighbors to the South have dogs behind their privacy fence. They take their dogs in at night, but some barking can be heard during the day. The patio has amazing views of the Canyon sunsets as well as an stunning location for star gazing on clear nights. Our stay exceeded our expectations!! The information binder was helpful and saving time and guesswork for planning. The space was perfect with the comfort of home with a cozy bed and A/C to keep us cool. The kitchen was well equipped with everything at your fingertips including ample storage for groceries. Highly recommend for any couple!! The distance to the West entrance was an easy commute both directions.

Great little cabin, awesome location

Great location, it was easy to find and we loved staying so close to the park in a quiet place away from the bigger towns to the west. Host family was very nice and while we didn't need anything for our stay it was clear they were available but gave us all the space and privacy exactly like we hoped.

Wonderful stay! Beautiful, clean tiny house!!

We had the best stay there. Very clean and it was so cute! Outdoor patio for evenings with fire pit. The hosts were absolutely wonderful! Definitely would recommend this place!

Lovely Place!

We loved our stay at this little cottage! It was very clean and nice. We especially loved the location and how close it was to Glacier National Park. Highly recommend! If we return to GNP in the future, we will definitely be staying here again.

Honeymoon national park stay

Me and my husband stayed here on our last stretch of our honeymoon, we did Glacier national park after our Yellowstone national park visit. This house was the perfect end of our honeymoon. It is 20-30 min from every major city and only about a 10-15 minute drive to the west entrance of glacier national park. I’d recommend anyone to stay here, it’s so amazing and peaceful.

Cozy, clean, easy access to West side of Glacier

I stayed here two nights as a solo female traveler to explore the west side of Glacier NP. I felt safe which is always my top priority when traveling alone. The location was really easy for getting into the Apgar entrance of the park. Restaurants and food options were close enough to feel easy. Quiet, clean and cozy. Would stay again!

Our first property we've purchased, while a bit of a fixer-upper we are quickly creating a beautiful property with an ideal white picket fence and hopefully small farm animals like sheep or goats in the nearby field in 2024 or 2025. An old mother-in-law log cabin was situated where Sugar Hill Cottage is now, but we've since built and renovated this cabin to be new and feature every creature comfort needed to get the most out of your MT trip!
