Great location and experience!

What a cool experience! The dome is such a fun alternative to a hotel and the connivence to the horse show is wonderful! Management was super hospitable and friendly. We will definitely be back!

Tranquil oasis in the woods!

Wow! Where do I start! Pictures do not give this place justice! Very clean and cozy! Felt like home! Bed is super comfy!! Can't wait to come back with our kids! And now i need an outdoor bathtub at my own home! The only negative thing was that we had to leave! 12 out of 10 would recommend !

Private Message to Guest VRBO From everyone behind the scenes at Silver Birch resort, thank you for the review. We will continue to add new amenities to the domes & sites with the goal of enhancing the “northern Michigan”experience. We will be adding six new domes for next season. These new domes will be twice their current size with the kitchens and bathrooms inside and a 20’ tall ceiling. We will post photos as soon as we build one. We plan to add a small dock and stock the pond with fish, so kids can experience catching a fish. My partner and I are discussing adding a common area for groups to meet and share a campfire and cookout together. We hope you will stay in touch and follow our progress. We had an amazing weekend celebrating my best friend’s bachelorette and this property was an added bonus! Our host was extremely communicative and welcoming. We were given detailed instructions and tips right after booking that really helped up to prepare and plan out our stay as best as possible. There were so many helpful ideas and experiences from other guests added to this note that took off a huge weight amidst planning the weekend. They answered every question I could’ve had before I even asked. And even during our stay, our host was helpful and attentive. We had a technical error at one point and they were at our door ready help within 15 minutes!The dome was such a unique and gorgeous experience. There was so much charm! We were a bit worried about there being other domes on the property and if we’d have enough privacy, but that was quickly put at ease. It was quiet, peaceful and just the perfect amount of seclusion that you truly feel like the only ones there. Just you and nature. Will definitely have to come back again to enjoy more of it!
