What an enchantingly magical property. The windows everywhere in the living room really added to the beauty of this cabin. We were surrounded by greenery and trees that smelled lovely. The porch is a great place to watch nature and the hot tub under the stars was breathtaking. The amount of wildlife we saw was insane. We had birds landing in our hands and we had elk and deer in the front yard. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was great for making family meals. Our dog had the time of his life and we can tell he misses it already. We will cherish the memories made at el osito cabin and will definitely be back. They dropped off cupcakes for us and they were so delicious. What a spectacular cabin and amazing hosts. Thank you for everything!!!

We had the best time at the Osito cabin! The location was perfect. Close to bike trails and a lake. The pictures are accurate. The cabin is so cozy, and it feels like you're in a tree house with all of the windows. The beds are comfortable, kitchen well stocked, and very pet friendly! I was a little concerned that with no A/C the cabin would get a little warm since it was summertime. That was not a problem at all. The cabin stays well shaded with all the trees. The temperature inside was so nice the entire trip! The hot tub was an extra bonus. It is new and very clean. It was the perfect way to end the day. Valerie and Mark were perfect hosts. Very responsive and easy to get a hold of. They even had cupcakes delivered to the cabin. That was the best treat after a long day of biking! We would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent cabin and location. Just 8 minutes from downtown, but still a lot of privacy. Plenty of space for cooking and grilling.

Rooms were clean, set up for anything you need, games for kids, and nearby fishing was great. Hosts were very generous and welcoming with the set up. Neighborhood was quiet. Panoramic view to watch the wildlife. We had a great time and would love to return here again.

Great Place

This was a very nice and comfortable place to stay! Had everything we need for our stay and was not very far from other activities we had planned on our trip. The owners were very friendly and provided us with lots of information about activities in the area! We definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Nice property, clean, & well stocked. We both have mobility issues and loved the hot tub. It was a short visit and was very relaxing. We were going to go camping - this was FAR better! Valerie & Mark are excellent hosts - great communications.

Everything was just right for our girls weekend away. Lots of amenities! The hot tub was wonderful and the hosts were amazing. We had the wrong code at first but with one phone call it was quickly resolved and when we returned from our first outing on day two there were cupcakes waiting for us which was an extra sweet surprise. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Family getaway

My family and i decided to go on a quick getaway for the weekend and this cabin was perfect. Plenty of space and also pet friendly, what more do i need to say. The owners were the best part, very complimentary and available for all needs. We will definitely love to stay again.

Rest at Osito

Very cute mountain home with an awesome outside deck. Morning coffee with the hummingbirds is always great. The location is perfect, halfway between Angel Fire Resort golf course and Lake Monte Verde. We can’t wait to come back.

We had such a wonderful stay at this cabin in Angel Fire! The place was clean and so comfortable, with wraparound bay windows that gave us incredible views of the mountains and surrounding wildlife. It was the perfect mix of private and peaceful while still being close to all the activities in town.The hot tub was absolutely amazing after a day of exploring, and our dogs loved having space to roam—it’s truly a great spot for pets. The host made everything even better with excellent communication and was both super friendly and extremely helpful.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Angel Fire!

Awesome stay, fantastic hosts!

Wonderful cabin, wonderful location in Angel Fire! Hosts proactively reached out upon booking and again days before our trip, making for a seamless arrival and check-in. Peacefully tucked away in the forest and the location near Monte Verde lake was perfect for family fishing & fun. Our first morning, we had three beautiful black tail deer greet us outside the living room windows. The house was well stocked from the kitchen & bath basics to plenty of games for the kids. Highly recommend!!!
The hosts were SO sweet to have treats dropped off for our stay!
