The house was perfect for our family. Very clean and had all your essentials which was a pleasant surprise! The kids loved the pool. The extra suite worked out fantastic for our family with a 3 month old baby. Renee what wonderful to work with and answers all your questions. She gave great advice of where to eat and get the best ice cream ever! We want to come back next year!

We had a great experience! The home was clean, spacious, and the pool and hot tub were perfect for our family. We spent most of our time by the pool or outdoors, but there was plenty of room to play cards and gather inside on a rainy day. The location and home worked well for our spring break trip. Highly recommend!!

Our week-long stay here was absolutely fantastic! Renee was an exceptional host and always responded promptly to any questions we had.One of the highlights of our stay was a family of deer that visited us on four of the seven mornings—it was such a special experience. The home and surrounding property were beautiful, peaceful, and secluded, making it the perfect place to relax. The pool was wonderful, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals.The house also had a great selection of games for both children and adults, and the thoughtful touches, like robes in the master bathroom, made our stay even more enjoyable.We had an amazing experience and highly recommend staying here!

Our trip was amazing. The house was perfect. There was nothing that we needed. When they say stocked they mean it. From towels to kitchen supplies. My kids had a blast in the pool and I enjoyed the hotel. There was something for everyone.

Beautiful home full of wonderful amenities! Our family of 6 adults and 3 kids thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was well appointed with plenty of room and lots of personal touches that were so thoughtful. The pool being heated was an absolute dream for the kids. The springs are a very short drive from the house and we had the best time swimming with manatees. Will stay again!

The Council Annual Fishing Trip

The house and all the amenities were great!! Close to town and all the restaurants too!!Property Manager did an outstanding job of communicating with us on issues that were taken care of in a timing manner..

Perfect stay

Great location, beautiful property! We had a group of 13 friends and we enjoyed our stay here. The property manager was quick to answer questions. Very clean and spacious!

The house is amazing- beautiful decorations and stocked with everything you could need. Ren is also available and answers any texts immediately. The property is large and fenced. Our little grandkids enjoyed the games and toys while the teenagers and their parents enjoyed the card room and large tvs. It is a great multigenerational home. I highly recommend this house and especially the owner.

Amazing

I had great communications with our host who always answered questions & was very helpful all the way through our stay. Our families loved the location & all the amenities. The easiest check-in & check-out process. The home was so comfortable & very well equipped. We'll be back again next year for our family fun reunion.

Double birthday celebration

My family had a wonderful time at Renee property! We really loved that it was so well stocked! The kids enjoyed the pool and the adults loved the chance to slow down and relax on such a beautiful property. Renee was so sweet, there was a minor issue with the water heater and she was very communicative and had the issue fixed asap. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Renee is first of all, the best host. She was attentive and communicative with me throughout the entire stay. When we needed her help, she went above and beyond to meet our needs. We had so much fun.

Fun in the sun

The hostess was fantastic! Very helpful and easy to contact. Lots of space to spread out. Well stocked kitchen. Grounds are very well kept. The home is very clean and well decorated. The pool was fantastic after log days on the boat.

Wonderful place

I highly recommend this property. Not only was it very clean, it had anything and everything you could imagine to make our stay perfect. We didn’t want to leave! The owners were awesome! They literally answered any and all questions no matter the time of day or night. This is by far a 5 star.

This house was absolutely perfect! Our group was of 14 with kids ranging from 14 years to 6months, and it had everything we needed! The host, Renee, was so great to work with. She got back to us immediately with any issues we had, and you can tell she takes pride in this place. The house was stocked with so many necessities, it was so nice! And the maintenance man, Ryan, was available pretty much 24/7, going out of his way to make sure we were taken care of! He treated us like family!The location was so beautiful we even took family pictures on site! Crystal River has so many things to do for all ages, but it’s also a good distance away from Tampa where you can still drive and do activities in one day!You couldn’t ask for a better place to relax with your family than this place!

Pristine property with the best extra touches

We went with a group of women for Galentines. The property was a bit out of town, but perfect for what we wanted and we all want to return and spend more than 2 nights. The things that were thought of to add were just perfect. The place was clean and the property just beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed the poker room for our games and wished that we would have time to have a picnic on the picnic tables!

Perfect home

We had 12 in our party (4 adults, 8 children) and this home fit is perfectly. There were plenty of kitchen supplies, towels, and toiletries. The pool was perfect for our crew as well as the hot tub. We came to swim with the manatees and had a great experience with Birds under water. We also snorkels at devils dens and visited Cedar Key.Renee was super helpful and attentive. We cannot wait to visit again.

Florida Fun with Manatee’s

We had an amazing stay at this property! Renee was an exceptional host, extremely responsive and attentive to every detail. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed – she even provided disposable toothbrushes in case we forgot ours! Our family especially loved the pool and the unique poker house, which added a fun and memorable touch to our stay. The property is spacious and secluded, providing the perfect blend of relaxation and entertainment for a large group. We highly recommend this home for anyone visiting Crystal River.
