It was to cold to swim in the pool. The host was great at communication and flexible with extra guests. It was nice to have flexiblity and not have really strict rules that we could enjoy the trip.The beds could be updated and the kitchen could be stocked more but we managed and our stay was great. Thank you for being our host.

Stained carpets, dirty walls and cabinets. The least clean VRBO I’ve ever stayed at. The online pictures are deceiving.

It was very nice spacious home

We enjoyed it after a few things were missing,and manny took it serious and helped us makenour stay more comfortable. My family enjoyed the pool alot.

Everything worked fine. So thankful for the a/c, since it was 100! The house served its purpose in that we needed a place for family to sleep when they came to visit, and they did enjoy the pool. However - There were odd random things left in the cabinets. Many of the furnishings were clearly thrift store quality. The bedding and towels were seriously low budget. The "game room" had an air hockey table with a 3" hole in the middle, covered by packing tape. Unusable. Cables and boxes all over the floor in one corner. No idea what that was. A glass computer desk which was convenient for my son, but nothing else. There were cables hanging from holes in the ceiling in several places. Cabinets could use updating/refinishing. Ants in the downstairs bathroom. The whole house could use a fresh coat of paint and most of all, the carpet is in serious need of replacement - so dirty and stained. As I say, it served its purpose in that it gave us a conveniently located place for family to sleep when they came to visit, but definitely not a "Resort Style Home" as the listing advertises.

I read all the reviews on this place. So i knew exactly what to expect. It the perfect little getaway. Lots of space. Beautiful views of the desert mountains from the front of the house. Wrightwood mountains from the back. The yard was kept up and clean. The pool was well taken care of. We spent most our time in the pool. The host is very nice and professional. On the downside. Cooking pots weren't the best. We also brought paper plates and cups. We brought our own pool towels, chairs and umbrellas. We stayed a week it was a nice mini vacation.

Great house, lots of space, some amenities not there

This house is in a great location for what we needed. It has lots of space in the house and in the yard. The exterior, including the pool, was in great condition (pool not heated in November, which is to be expected). Some areas inside the house look new and clean, but it is a well used house. The carpet, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, walls and some furniture have had a lot of wear and tear. Many amenities were not there. For the bathrooms, there were towels, but no washcloths or hand towels. We supplied our own bathroom soap, extra toilet paper, wash cloths and hand towels. In the kitchen, there were pots and pans, cutlery, and one chef knife. No baking ware (like sheet pans or casserole dishes). There were plates and bowls but they were on the dining room table for decoration so we mostly used disposable things. We supplied our own dish soap and dish cloths. There was no laundry detergent in the laundry room. Overall, we liked staying there because the location was great for us and the house has a lot of great space. Some things like cleanliness and amenities could be improved.
