A luxurious and relaxing getaway awaits you at this gorgeous 4-bedroom (plus 1 bunk room), 4.5-bathroom vacation rental located in the upscale Olivia Beach community in Lincoln City.

This newly built 3-story beach house offers every comfort for an unforgettable getaway with lofted ceilings, comfortable furnishings, thoughtfully decorated and well-appointed rooms, and stunning ocean and forest views.

The spacious open concept floor plan is perfect for lounging and gathering with sublime views, comfortable seating, a Smart TV, gas fireplace, a sleek fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances like a Miele espresso maker, and a dining table nook that seats 12. Additional amenities include an entertainment system, Netflix, Xbox, high-speed internet, game room, and a gas BBQ.

After a day of hiking the trails, playing on the nearby beach, or shopping at the outlet mall, guests will love returning to regroup and relax with a soak in the private hot tub, or gathering on the deck to watch the sun set over the glimmering Pacific Ocean.

The property was nice and clean. The kitchen was very nice. there was plenty of cookware, utensils and dishes. We loved the coffee machine. The owners might consider less furniture in the living room area when you first enter. the parking was not ideal for a big group. Directions to get to the pool and visitor parking was not found or provided.

This was perfect for our group of 11. (6 adults and 5 kids) It was clean and well stocked. We loved that it had view and access to forest and ocean. We loved the big kitchen and we were all able to sit together for meals. The kids had areas to be up and downstairs. Thank you for making our stay so easy and wonderful. We would love to return someday

This place could be a gem with a little time and money put into it. We were looking for a place to have a special get away from the Eastern Washington heat and fires. Lincoln City is our family’s favorite place to go. We had our two grown children, their spouses and our three grandchildren. This place was perfect for that. Each couple had their own bedroom with a big bed and their own bathroom. This is very hard to find. Even our granddaughters had their own bedroom. The youngest loved the bunk room. It was a close walk down to the beach which we went every morning and evening. There was a couple of problems, one was caused by the previous renters having fish in the fridge in the pantry. The host was quick to try to address the problem but the smell permeated the whole pantry and everything in it. Over all this home met our needs and we had a wonderful time.

Relaxing Vacation

Our family loves going to Olivia Beach and I think we have found our new go to spot. Had a relaxing and fun vacation. Love the kitchen and how open the home was.

Great location. Very roomy. Decently stocked, could do with a larger grill and some bigger pots/pans, especially for 12 guests. Make sure to bring your own kitchen cleaning supplies (dishwasher pods, hand soap, etc.)

Overall, our stay was wonderful. The Home was comfortable and met our needs. With that said, I would not rate this a five star review. For starters upon arrival, the home was not very clean. The floors were sticky and did not seem to be cleaned from the previous stay. We had to sweep under the dining table before we had our first meal.The pantry room was also unusable. It smelled of old trash or possibly a dead mouse. The smell wafted out into the main kitchen and living room area. We did see that there was an air freshener in the pantry room freezer. This makes me wonder if this smell is an on going issue. We had to keep all of our food on the main counter throughout our stay. This really limited the kitchen area and space we had to prep our food.I tried contacting them several times, but in the end nothing was done about it. I was told that someone did go to the house, but they never contacted me prior to going out. There was no note left that someone even stopped by. This is a lack of communication on your team’s part.While we did have an enjoyable stay, for the amount we paid I feel like you guys could have done better. I would say this was a 3 star experience. I hope this will help for your future guests.

Just ok

I want to say only good things about this stay but in reality what was meant to be a short stress free one night getaway was quite the opposite. It took us over an hour to gain entry to the home. We called every phone number we could find associated with the company that hosts the home and no one answered. We left voicemails and even messaged through the VRBO website. The code was set to the door but the actual door handle was locked and we weren't given the code for the lock box for the physical key so we couldn't get in. Another issue was the house had so so many bugs/flying ants. Just a few would have been fine but they were everywhere. We happened to stay the night on what is likely the hottest day of the year and the home does not have AC. Along with that, the fireplace was pushing out hot air even when the remote thermostat was set to off. The house stayed at 78-80° the whole time we were there which was luckily only one night. The house itself was beautiful and well stocked with dishes, utensils and linens. It was fairly clean, although the white chair covers were stained and should be deep cleaned or replaced. The beds were comfortable and clean but the twin bunk was not made up, just simply had the bedding set on them almost like they were just forgotten. Over all my family enjoyed the stay as a whole but the company that hosted definitely could/should have done better.

We traveled with our multigenerational family and had a great time. We loved that we had the privacy of the forest behind the house but still very nice ocean views. I reached out a few days before and asked if I could get a travel crib and the host made sure there was one there for us. We found there to be a lot of space for everyone to be comfortable. We also used the neighborhood pool, which our kids loved.

We had a wonderful stay here and wish we could have stayed at least one more night. I wish I would have booked directly through Oregon Beach Vacations and saved on the ridiculous fee that VRBO charged me.
