This was an awesome place for a friends reunion!!! 6 adults fit very comfortably - the house was incredibly clean, well equipped kitchen, and amazing garage with fun games as well as pool, hot tub, and firepit in the backyard. Really perfect for our gathering to go to Keeneland and bourbon tasting during the day and hang out at home, grill on the Blackstone, and lounge in the backyard in the evenings. Very quiet neighborhood/residential and plenty of parking made it a weekend to remember. Thanks so much Harrison!!! We will spread the word!!

Great house with so many amenities. Harrison was right there on the phone with me to walk me through the TV as soon as I called. The location has lots of shopping and restaurants too. Very, very clean!

Harrison was great to work with and we were pleased with how well the home was equipped, well maintained and supplied with ample towels, soaps, shampoos, toilet paper and paper towels. Even bathroom spray! There was fun to be had at the house and in the pool which was perfect for our family reunion of 4 families from 4 states. We enjoyed our time together in your very nice home. Thanks a million!

We came down to go to Rupp for UK basketball game. Four of us. Had a great stay. Games were great for our two boys. House was perfect to hang out in over the weekend. Harrison was a great host and very easy to work with. Would highly recommend .

Excellent Property

Clean, spacious, well kept home with many amenities and fun games. Everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Brought a few friends here to visit the Lexington area Bourbon trail and we absolutely loved it! Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone!

Quick get away

Everything is as advertised. Went for a quick weekend and the kids never got bored while inside! The biggest plus is the owner, he was everything a host should be. This will be our new spot for visits to Lexington!

Thanksgiving

Wanted to spend Thanksgiving with our UK student and this was a great place. The hot tub and ping pong kept everyone busy. Would recommend if you have a large group that gets bored easily.

Fun Place!

Really great house, excellent location within 2-3 miles of anything you need. Lots of games and workout equipment. Hot tub and pool, grill, fire pit (propane fired) all terrific. We had four adults which was perfect for sleeping arrangements. We had a great time, would definitely recommend and stay there again. Homeowner was outstanding.

Harrison was a great host. We had an issue with the dryer, and he had a new one delivered in a day. He was kind, courteous, and even gave us a few pointers on hot spots in Lexington.The accommodations were adequate. Beds were comfy. Bring your own towels if you want fresh ones.The couch was comfy, but the mechanics on the power chairs need to be repaired.We enjoyed using the blackstone grill after we gave it a good cleaning. The kitchen is stocked, but needs some refinement.The pool isn't heated, so be ready to hit the hot tub with stong jets..lol. I'd come back with the family if we were in town.Thanks Harrison

Thank you for the kind words, Kristen! I am constantly trying to keep that house as perfect as possible! The towel struggle is real with people getting chlorine and makeup stains so I am constantly trying to switch out! But I admit, it’s a battle and probably one of the hardest things as a host to manage! Lol I pride myself on keeping a fully stocked house so while the kitchen isn’t the most modern, we have pitched around some ideas on at least painting the cabinets to make it pop more! The pool can definitely be hit or miss in Kentucky in April and early May with the weather varying, it tends to heat up really quickly though when the 80 degree days start consistently happening, kids don’t seem to mind though unlike us adults 😆 of course, I’d welcome you all back any time! I love the critiques and will use them for future updates!! 😀
