Fantastic!

Great location in downtown Delaware! This clean and comfy condo was perfect for our family of 3. It has an inviting atmosphere that will meet family or business traveler needs. The primary is a large bedroom with an extremely comfortable king size bed and the room overlooks the main street in Delaware. The host was wonderful to work with and you could absolutely tell that they want you to enjoy your stay - they provided snacks and coffee. We used to live in Delaware about 25 years ago and we were so impressed with the town, restaurants and especially the great location of the condo. We will definitely stay here again!

First time in Delaware

This was our first visit to Delaware; we have friends living there and working at the university. Jennifer’s place was an answer to everything we were looking for and more . It definitely surpassed our expectations. The location was superb; a hop, skip and jump to the lovely downtown. It is scenic, capitalizing on the Norman Rockwell like surroundings..The apartment itself is incredibly comfortable, equipped with all modern conveniences, comfortable and tasteful furniture..We look forward to our next visit, hopefully during the warm months, in order to enjoy the lovely patio in the back yard. Thank you so much Jennifer ..looking forward to our next visit . Dave

Charming, quaint, and CLEAN!

Stayed with my gal pal for a much needed mom getaway and Christmas shopping trip at the nearby outlets. What a perfect little getaway! It was in the heart of an adorable little town and we were able to walk to grab dinner, breakfast, etc. All of the shops and the shop owners were lovely. The property was clean, and the beds were so comfortable. We hope to return for our mom getaways and shopping excursions in the future!

Great location to outlet mall and Polaris Mall. Clean and spacious for our relaxing evening after shopping all day. Short walk to restaurants and downtown shopping Enjoyed our stay.

Hayes, home of one leg of the triple crown of harness racing-the iconic Little Brown Jug, home of Liza Minnelli's dad, Stage and film director Vincent C. Minelli and much more!

Great second floor flat, all newly refurbished right in the heart of downtown. Walk out the front or back door to dining and entertainment. Lots of character, history, fun! Great for couples' romantic getaways, or family vacays! Sleeps 6 comfortably with 1 king, 1 queen, and queen sofa sleeper. Full kitchen, but great restaurants just footsteps away. Perfect for families checking out local colleges, professionals, or for those who might need a Carrie Bradshaw-esque night away for herself or her friends.
