We have been to Siesta Key before and wanted to be close to the village. This was the perfect spot close to both the Ocean and the village.

Great location!

Walking distance to the beach and walking distance to downtown Siesta Key. Spacious, clean, and welcoming. We had a great stay at this property.

Property was very well maintained and clean. Very short walk to the Siesta Key Village and Beach Access #7. Interior was decorated with many vintage beach and ocean items. Very comfortable stay!

Great location! A quick walk to the beach or to restaurants and shops in the village. The neighborhood is quiet despite being so close to the Village. The duplex was very clean and the furnishings and beds were comfortable! The host was very responsive and proactive in communicating. Would stay again for sure! Great find for the price!

everything was great. Awesome location. Nice screened in porch. Nice patio. Only complaint was only 2 beach chairs when the place is for 4 people. Overall, very pleased.

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The location was perfect! A very short walk to the village and/or the beach and a short drive into town. Our unit (B) was just the right size for our family of four. The beds were very comfortable and the couches were super cozy. We couldn’t believe how quiet and peaceful it was while relaxing in the living room. It had a nice screened in porch and a shared patio area in front of our porch. The kitchen was just the right size and had everything we needed. Communications with guest relations was superb! Anytime we needed help with something, they responded within minutes. We would highly recommend this unit and hope to stay there again in the future!

Clean, comfortable unit close to the beach

This property is very clean and comfortable. It is about a five minute walk to the beach and a short walk to Siesta Village. The property managers are very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this property.

This is a great location! Super clean and well stocked. Within walking distance to shops and beach. We especially enjoyed the sunroom too and the cute decor in the backyard. Unfortunately we were promised one parking spot and there were none available when we got there. Every time we moved our car we had to either park on the grass or block the sidewalk. This is the reason I didn’t give 5 stars as otherwise this place was great and the property management was super responsive and helpful!

Perfect 16th Birthday Trip

This is our 3rd year coming to Siesta Key and our first year staying here. It was absolutely perfect! The location is incredible, within a 7 minute walk to everything we wanted to do! The house itself was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen stocked with dish and cookware. It's decorated super cute, too! The property manager was amazing to work with. Overall, it was a great stay! My daughter had the best birthday celebrating with her best friend.

Siesta getaway

Perfect location for beach and siesta key village Only downside was the shower was extremely slow to drain and the knob was really stiff. Also several lightbulbs were out throughout the place. Minor details, overall we loved it and would definitely stay there again

Labor Day Holiday

Great location and property. The furniture was plentiful and made the maneuvering a little tight especially getting into the main bedroom. The AC needed to work hard of he very hot weekend. A ceiling fan should be added to master bedroom and a AC vent needs replacing.

Cute clean place

Loved the property location. 5 minute walk to the beach and siesta village. Excellent safe neighborhood. Very clean . Well stocked kitchen The only down fall was the loud air conditioner that seems to need service. The shower needs a new knob . It was a struggle to use it because it was hard to turn . However I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay there again

Great place and location!

The house is exactly as pictured and one block from the beach and beach access 7 is across the street. Everything we needed was there including beach chairs, beach wagon, boogie board, umbrella and beach towels. The gas grill worked well and was very clean and everything we needed in the kitchen was there. Supermarket is a 5 minute walk away. Nanda was wonderful and ensured everything we needed was there. When the dryer failed to work she sent someone out immediately and it was fixed right away. Highly recommend this place! We couldn’t have been happier.

Great location and property!

This was a perfect location and rental for our weekend in Siesta Key! Walking distance to the beach and Siesta Village, although we did rent a golf cart for fun. House was clean, but warm when we arrived. We waited a few hours, and when it still hadn’t cooled we texted the property manger, not expecting much seeing that it was already after 5pm on a Friday. Within a minute we had a response, and within 20 min, a technician was there to check the system. The communication and attention from the property manager was fantastic! The house was cool by the time we returned from dinner and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be back and would absolutely consider this property again!
